Mike from difined auto works said that 3mm makes more power than 2mm and that why mazda uses 3mm

Ive never heard that.
To my knowledge recent Mazda OEM race cars ran 2mm as it's lighter and has multiple benefits.
Mazdaspeed 3 rotor Lemans RX8s 2mm as well.
When talking to Mazdaspeed, they've always recommended. Two millimeter or two millimeter variations since the options came into play in the 80s. Prior to that three millimeter, it was all that was available.
