The coil design is really beautiful, just like our three function kitchen faucet

Bought one about a year ago and the faucet stopped switching between the sprayer and the faucet. No information on how to repair or rebuild. Our plumber says it needs a special pin spanner to access the cartridge or to clean. Super disappointed that it’s not diy repairable and even our plumber can’t repair it.

Ours is doing the same thing. Won’t divert fully to sprayer rendering it useless.

That sprayer is so high, I’m not sure how there isn’t splash everywhere. I read reviews online that it doesn’t extend that low
