    Thank you so much! My faucet has been leaking for months and I had no idea what to do. I sent a video to the supplier and was sent a cartridge which really stressed me out because I thought I'd have to remove the whole faucet. This video made the whole process so simple! I was looking at paying a plumber $80 for a visit, plus parts and labor until you helped me!! Thanks again!!

    I have a Kraus Part Number KPF-2252MB faucet and it changes between stream and spray on its own. Where can I get a new faucet head... or do I need a new diverter? Can I disconnect the head and soak in white vinegar to fix the problem?

    The sprayer had alot of pressure and produces alot of mist on impact. Is there a way to slow down the flow or even change out the sprayer head or something. Thanks

    My red and blue light stopped working when water flows. Is there a battery for this?

    How do I access the diverter on the KPF-1602SS. I’ve cleared all lines and hose, inspected the cartridge, and have narrowed down my problem to the diverter. Water pressure is extremely low and the pot filler leaks when using the spray head.

    We installed ours last week, beautiful faucet. We’ve had one problem, we’re not getting a straight stream of water from the pot filler. I’ve removed and cleaned the filters from the end tap. Any advice as to a solution?

    Hi I just talked to a rep and they are sending me a diverter. Do I have to shut of the water supply to make the change?

      Hi Thom, when performing any maintenence on your faucet, yes, we would recommend shutting the water off.

      @@KrausUSATV Hey Kraus, is there a chance to get one in Mexico? i bought my faucet on amazon usa, but can not find this replacement anywhere, not even on amazon usa
