Like Sin can already do disgusting damage sub is already S tier and outlaw is A tier and they're buffing them???

Pre ordered the expac like an eon ago and wasn’t even able to progress past the quest that actually takes you to TWW. So glad i paid for something i didn’t get. Good ol blizzard and their tribe of the small hats behavior.
Rogues were shit so this isn't surprising. Nerfing the best things won't make the bad better fundamentally. Also rogues have the worst hero talents in game, like they don't even matter.
Outlaw looks like it's main dps got nerfed 20%? Dispatch no longer increased by 20% is what it says. Why? Outlaw wasn't lighting up the pvp meter And wtf have they blatantly ignored the install cast, perma no Dr root frost mage?
