How to make a patchwork cushion cover with fabric scraps

Working with fabric scraps and creating a DIY is very exciting. I have been hoarding old sari bits, fabric scraps, and upholstery leftovers for a long time now. On a recent trip to Rajasthan, I saw some very beautiful patchwork that the desert people create with old sarees and fabric, and the only reason I did not buy it is that I had a lot of fabric scraps myself and it made more sense to make it myself. So for trial, I made my very first patch work pillow. Let me know how you like it.

Kudos to your creativity and your perseverance. Your practical statement about how to approach a creative project was really reassuring. Thanks so much! 😊 There are regular markets in Safina Plaza on Infantry road, Bangalore. I got it from a vendor there. He brings all the export surplus there, I am so glad i found that rug there.
