Dusk OST - The Infernal Machine (E2M4 Ambient Loop) - 2 Hours Extended

This is a 2 hour extension of the in-game ambient loop of 'Anesthetized', a track from Dusk that plays in the map 'The Infernal Machine' (E2M4) which, to my surprise, hasn't received much love in the way of UA-cam 'OST' uploads. Upon realising this, I have to admit that I found that fact kind of odd, considering that this is one of the best pieces of music in the game, easily taking a spot among my favourites. Whatever the reason for this is, I felt the need to do this particular track justice through this extension.
