The story is ok, is just that is somewhat simplistic and not as deep as the Megaman franchise. It is a shame that Capcom practically abandoned the Megaman franchise (along with many others) in favor of just mainly 2 franchises.
Honestly if you tackle ix2 be prepared for bs once you wait a while after the credits. Trust me, there's some _serious_ problems with the bosses in this game and it all comes down to "ng+"
