Our Best Tips for Early Entry at Epcot: Main Entrance Edition
Вставка
- Опубліковано 10 вер 2024
- We showed you how to master early entry from the International Gateway at the back of the park, but what if you're arriving by bus or monorail? In that case, you'll enter through the main entrance at the front near Spaceship Earth and you'll likely want to use a different strategy to get as much done as possible during those precious thirty extra minutes of Early Entry park time.
For this video, we are starting with Test Track, which is one of the most popular rope drop rides at Walt Disney World. So strap in, keep your hands, arms, legs and feet inside the vehicle, and LET's GO!

Wow - thank you so much! We’re honored to be your fave. 😊
Mine too!!
Us too, cannot understand why you don't have 1000's more following! Such great tips and tricks
@@traceyhill7784 they will soon enough. I honestly think this channel will sky rocket in no time. I’m excited to watch it happen 😍
Thanks so much. 😊
Your videos are just flat out phenomenal. I love all of your different insights and how there are a few correct ways to do early entry, rope drop, genie +, etc
Thanks so much for your lovely comment - we’re so glad you’ve enjoyed our videos. Thanks for supporting our channel! 😊
i really like how your videos always emphasize being respectful towards cast members! i think bc cast members are always so accommodating and committed to creating those "magical moments", guests feel like they can take advantage of cast members, so i'm always glad to hear people encourage following the rules and respecting the cast members
It sounds like a cliche, but it’s true - Disney World is only as magical as it is because of the Cast Members. They really are the magic. It really upsets me when I see people being rude to them. Being nice to Cast Members is not only the right thing to do, it will help you have a more magical experience at WDW so I try to make sure people know that when they visit for the first time. Thanks for watching and sharing some love for the amazing Cast Members!
Rob! I’m planning a trip at the very end of Flower and Garden this year with my daughters. Now, I’m even more excited. Thank you for your enthusiasm, advice, and fantastic editing. Your videos are a delight. I love the music changes and the little “ride moments” they make you feel like we are right there with you in the park.
Hey man, I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to you! I just got back from a week at WDW (first in years) and your videos were a lifesaver and very informative. Thank you for all you do in helping others have a magical vacation.
Hi Rob! Love all your videos. We used them for our trip last year and they were very helpful! Watching them again for this year! My favorite part is seeing you smile on the rides! Keep up the great work!
I watch a ton of Orlando Vlogs from a variety of different people and all have a different style and all have something that I get from them but Your vlogs are absolutely the best for smiley joy, practical advice and thinking a little differently about how to do my holiday (vacation), I cant thank you enough for all the tips and advice for my trip 2024 (though Im sure it will all change again) Love the time stamps its super helpful, look forward to all your vlogs, keep up the good work from Scotland
Rob, please do a video for sleeping in before EPCOT (or flying in, as we are doing in a few months)!! We will be in the air at 7am and won’t be landing until 9. HALP lol
Love your channel btw. You’re my fav for planning our trip! Thanks for all of your hard work it is so so appreciated ❤
Rob, I love how positive and joyful you always are I'm your videos! You are part of the Disney magic and I am here for it! Hope we see you in the park next month.
We love your guides Rob, keep them coming. We are flying to MCO at the end of August and are so excited, we haven’t visited WDW for 18 years so your video tours are so helpful, KR Simon
Love the content You should start a strategy series For different parks such as: strategy 1 priority frozen no early entry
Strategy 2 priority remmy early entry etc….
That sounds like a fun idea - thanks for the suggestion. 👍
I love how you show different options of how to rope drop and spend your park days. Happy i got to see you at magic kingdom the other week! You were too sweet to remember and ask how our day went at the end of the night ❤️
It was nice meeting you, as well! Thanks for saying hello. 😃
I want to thank you, our first language is not English and we can understand you so well! Your insights and videos are the best, are awesome!!! Again, thank you so much!!! Love all of your Disney Ears!!!
New Ear Scouts video = my day made. Much love from Australia. I’m planning our trip to WDW after studying their videos
I just came back from the parks in orlando and your videos made our experience way much better, i was quite stressed about this genie+ thing but i saw a bunch of your videos and we actually got to enjoy and have the best time. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 stars to you!!! Keep the awesome content coming! I'm glad to add you to my rotation of Disney UA-camrs!
We’re honored to have a spot in the rotation. Thanks for watching! 😃
Your tips to rope drop test track on early park then frozen before next normal rope drop. Brilliant! X Guardians was amazing too. Thank you! X
We did this for mine train then went straight onto thunder before everyone. Ace!
Thank you so much! Can’t wait to get there next week! I’ve learned a ton watching your videos and have so much more confidence going into the parks after a long absence. Your content has already transformed my experience and I’m so excited to put your advice into practice! Hope to see y’all there!
I can only hope to accomplish what you are showing us in each of your videos. They are great, and I’ll be on the lookout for your this next week!
Good luck! Say hi if you see us in the parks. We’ll be there a lot this week. Thanks for watching! 😃
This is the scenario I've been wondering about. Thank you SO much. You guys and your videos are fantastic!
Just finished at Hollywood Studios and will be doing this exact thing at Epcot tomorrow. Perfect timing.
Thanks for these videos Rob. Heading out to Epcot and MK this week!
Yay! Hope you have an amazing trip! Thanks for watching. 😃
Loving these Extended Hours videos. Keep them coming
Flower and Garden just looks so beautiful. I’m so glad our next trip is in April 2024 so we can finally experience it! 🌸🌹🌺🌻
It’s really spectacular this year. Hopefully next year will be even more incredible since Moana: Journey of Water will be open along with the new festival center. Thanks for watching! 😃
Thank you so much for these videos, Rob! We will be visiting Disney World in two weeks! This is my very first time EVER, and I’m the planner for the family. Your videos have helped so much! ❤
Best video ever, thanks you man!
Thank YOU for watching! 😃
I really like these series, they are very useful. Thanks a lot for your help.
I need to do early entry…past two times I have just relied on G+, which was fine, but I think you got through things faster when it was cooler and less people. Epcot does not get easier the longer you are in it.
Yes - and for me, I like to really enjoy World Showcase without worrying about fitting in my favorite rides. Thanks for watching! 😃
This is Craig Dennis how are the crowds been this moth and how is the weather been this moth i never miss your new videos i in joy all of your videos all the time you have a nice day today and you take care today👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hi Craig - the crowds have been great lately. Not too busy since Spring Break ended. Also the weather is nice and cool. A great time to be at Disney World. Thanks for watching and take care! 😃
Another super video! Thank you ☀️
If you stay at any resort do you get early entry to the parks no matter what day it is?
Rob, you must have a 6th sense, here we are on coronation day in the UK watching your genie tips...again and your early entry tips as we are staying on site and blow me you post another one 😂 thanks again, so helpful x
Happy Coronation Day! Hope y’all have an amazing vacation. How long before you head our way?
@@EarScouts not till end September , just booked our MNSSHP tickets too, staying at Beach Club
Great job Rob! ❤ 😊 I finally watched all the GotG movies lol so now I know whos who and what the ride means lol I can't wait to ride it in 132 days
Thanks Rob - short but sweet
Yeah - it was a quick one this week. When I was done editing, I was like “did I forget something?” 😂 Thanks for watching! 😃
Love your videos!!
Please do a video explaining the tips and tricks about Epcot after hours when that is available in June!!
Great video as always!!! Thanks
Thanks so much for always supporting our channel. We really appreciate it. 😃
Great Early Entry Video.
Thanks for all Info 😊 very good Channel
Tks for this vídeo!!!
Love your channel so much
Aww - thanks so much. 😊
Hi, I have a question. Test Track will be down when I visit in September. Would you suggest rope dropping Soarin' instead and then heading to Frozen?
How did you get to Epcot? We will be using the monorail from the Contemporary and I wanna get there as early as possible so I can do the same thing you did. Love the videos Rob! You are truly the best!!
I love your ears. Call me snatched, but which ones are those? Tried looking for them everywhere but cant find them anywhere. Edit: Your ears are always unique and fun! Love it!
Thanks for your usual, well organized and insightful video. I realized how long it's been since I rope dropped the front of Epcot. It gave me an excellent idea what to expect
Although I dread the summer heat at WDW it looks like I'll be doing Aug trip with daughter and two grandkids before youngest leaves for college
Middle week in August is best option so because of heat worries am planning a Thursday night at new Epcot after hours, Friday at not so scary Halloween at Magic kingdom, and then stacking with genie at Hollywood for afternoon start . I'm hoping the late nights make heat more bearable
Do you think skyliner will be running for the Epcot after hours or would they run buses back to Caribbean? Since Epcot extra hours is new starting in June, I'm counting on your coverage!
I know exactly what you mean. We have been blessed with some surprisingly cool temperatures lately, but I know those sweltering days will start soon. That’s a great reason to do early entry. 👍
Thanks for watching! 😃
@@EarScouts thanks. I'm hopeful that being there for the late nights will work as well as early entry. We'll see
Watching and LOVING all of your videos! 😃 is there an epcot strategy with meeting all the characters? I have 2 little girls that want to see them all.
Rob, thank you for all your videos, so helpful and informative ❤
Our trip is next week and all week is 50% chance of rain, do you recommend we reschedule? We have a toddler and a baby if that helps the answer?
We were at the same spot as you for our EE but we did Frozen first so we were a bit in the wrong line LOL
I noticed you didn’t mention lightning lanes during early entry. Are they unavailable or unnecessary? Headed there in 3 weeks…taking a crash course in all your Genie+ videos! Thanks for all your insight!
I did first Remy (2×) then Frozen (2x) and then get back. And took a lot of pictures with empty countries😊
I heard that the GOTG VQ is taking till late in the day to sell out. I'm planning to park hop in late June, any chance we can get a VQ if Epcot is the 2nd park?
We did EE last Thursday from international gateway since we were staying at Pop. It pissed me off they held us at Canada so others from the front of the park were closer to frozen than us.
Kinda unrelated but how does the virtual que work with extended hours events?
My trip starts the day Test Track closes. If i dont have access to the back entrance, which ride should I head to?
You can get to boardwalk hotel by ride share and walk to international gateway, then make Remy’s ride first
I have a question, first i love your videos! we are going in a few months for the very first
time.. but with all
the political things that are going on with disney and florida.. has it really affected the feel inside the parks?
Not a bit. There were some days here and there where there were some protesters near Disney Springs, but there weren’t many and that was many months ago. At this point, it’s all playing out in the news, not at the parks, thankfully. Hope you have an amazing vacation!
Your rope drop strategy was quite successful even on a busy day! Thank you for another great video! So…. What happens if you try to pass a CM at rope drop?? (Don’t worry, I never would!)
They send you to the very back of the rope drop queue!😮
@@katyannaharris6131 Whoa! Good to know!
Is there a strategy for mid day arrival at Epcot? We arrive about 1pm and we want a mix of rides and character meetups.
Hi Claire! Yes - it is called “stacking” and we show it in our “Sleep In” series of videos. Hollywood Studios is the most recent one we did, but we’ll have Animal Kingdom coming out soon. Epcot is still on the to-do list. Thanks for watching! 😃
@@EarScouts awesome, thank you!
Next week we are doing 3 parks in 1 day. We gave done Disney before. Our plan is epcot early entry first head to remy first then possibly soarin ir test track hoping to get guardians in virtual cue. We have space 220 reservation at 11:30 then geading to animal kingdom just to see the birds one kids is a bird fan and do e everest then to magic Kingdom probably pay lightning lane for tron and spend rest of the day at magic Kingdom. Will virtual que for guardians get us on before our reservation at 11:30?
That sounds like an action-packed day! Most days when we get a virtual queue right at 7am on the dot, we get called well before 11:30. Good luck and thanks for watching! 😃
Impressive to have scored a space 220 reservation!
@Carol Ryba last time i couldn't get one so this time around I pulled out all the stops since it was my sons number 1 birthday request I got it using dining fairy i had used another notification systems but always missed out Dining fairy came through I almost cried when I found out!
@Ear Scouts good to hear! Thanks for all the great info! Im not new to Disney but they are always changing and its hard to keep up. You are great at explaining things in a very clear understandable way!
@@sunaugvttony7746 well-done! Hope it's a great birthday!
What is the average wait time for a virtual queue once you get in line?
It’s kinda all over the map. I’ve gone in and there was no line at all (except the pre-shows, which do take about 8-10 minutes). I’ve also gone on days where there was a 45 minute wait just to get to the pre-show. The morning tends to be on the shorter wait side. Thanks for watching! 😃
@@EarScouts thanks so much! We are heading to Disney next month and I have really learned a lot about how to use Genie Plus from all of your videos. Hope I can remember it all when I get there! 🙂 Thank you so much for all of the great tips!!
What time did you go through security?
We were later than I normally would like to be that morning. I usually like to go through security about an hour before early entry begins. I think we were more 40 minutes before (7:50am). Thanks for watching! 😃
If you could only get one Fastpass?…..Remy Fastpass or Frozen Fastpass
