Speaking of good english is not a parameter to determine how well the state or the country will be govern. With all the good english of Obaseki one would thought by now Edo state would have been on the same developmental pedestal as Akwa Ibom but reverse is the case. The fall of pdp in the just concluded election's is traceable to Obaseki poor performance in office and poor working relationship with party members especially the party leaders.
