I think the Arise team on this program meet the appropriate guest. All questions being asked of him as someone listen to the program are being biased and the guest is responding adequately. The Governor elect is a sitting Senator in the Federal republic of Nigeria and he went through an election process to get to that position. There has never been any indication that this senator is dumb and therefore he is not able to perform his duties as a Senator in the constituency he is representing. You are asking the guest why he thinks the governor elect can do the job? What a ridiculous question to ask of a person that was one of the campaigner for the candidate. Besides, whether or not the guest thinks the governor elect can do the job, his opinion is his opinion and not that of the Edo people that voted for him. I do not believe language or ability to speak fluently has anything to do with performance. Citizens do not rely on how well spoken elected officials are but what they can do for the masses. The guest and the governor elect are not just knowing each other, they are both Senators. It is the people that can judge both of their performances and not even the media. Asking the guest about results released by INEC and the situation room is a wrong question to someone who was not a coalition officer. I must confessed that I only watch 24 minutes of this interview out of the scheduled 53.43 because the guest was educating the Arise Team about what they seemed to be ignorant of in politics.
