You're very right Sis, European Corn 🌽 is full of water, when pressed, it releases water easily, i love the fact that you added maize meal for thick consistency, very good idea, the both methods looks super delicious and yummy, Nice one my darling Sis 😋 😊 😍
Nne m eeehhh! Choii i respect this your corn ooo. Looks Rich and mature. This one Will be delish if boiled with coconuts. Love the consistency of the batter. Palmoil flavor and colour after stiring was amazing. I Can perceive the aroma. Both METHODS turned out great too. God bless you enjoy the weekend. ❤️🌹🌹
This is well prepared and organized, I like the way you prime the containers with vegetable oil even the hot water you added to pot is excellent. Wow you added water to the oven tray? That's good. Yes I wanna grab it because I like the one from the oven, thanks for sharing sist
Both of the methods are great. Yes the stove method is always faster than the oven one. Your corn over there is really mature we don’t get ones that look this mature where I live. The end result looks amazing well done 💕
Off course the stove cooking method is faster...i want to grab it 🍴. l can't wait to try when i have corns..is really long i had moi moi corn. Nicely prepared dear👍🍷
Very detailed recipe my chef Am just imagining the flavor coming out from your kitchen.that dried catfish fillet will really make a difference in this recipe,I have not seen dried catfish fillet before it must be good for nsala soup also.
I like how you blended it roughly Nothing feels good like eating and taking bite of corn at same time. I prefer the one of ceramic plates it came out so yummy. I wanna grab ooh😆
I love moi moi and this corn moi moi is mouthwatering and super delicious...nicely prepared thanks for sharing..God bless

I really do want to grab thanks really ,I'm on my way to prepare mine CU's hubby bought corn yesterday. But it will be cooking method.
Tasty i love this.. is it compulsory to add the maize meal or flour?
Thanks for watching dear! It's not compulsory, i only added it for texture but you can skip the corn meal if you prefer ❤
Hope, please where did you buy those container?
Can I use fresh frozen corn or the canned corn?
Yes you can but be mindful of the amount of water you add! But it might not be as tasty as the fresh corn.
Moi moi oka ... I’ve been wanting to make this but I wasn’t sure how it would turn out because of the soft corn here.
I used very dried corn for this recipe it almost spoiled my blender
Good Morning
