2 cups is 250 g but this recipe doesn’t need measurement, all you need is for you to add the quantity you’re using inside water, stir it until you get the swallow consistency.

Cornmeal is blended fry corn. In diaspora it’s always in a pack but in Africa you can find it not in the park, or you can make it yourself.
