What to do if showing invalid document?
1)You have to upload the original passport request PDF as it is downloaded from gckey.
2)If still problem is not solved then you can mail to VFS(passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com) that I am trying to book in person passport submission appointment but it is showing invalid document.

Hi, I have applied for permanent residence application when I was living in USA. I have moved to India now and my passport submission form (which I received few days back) says that they can deliver the passport only in North America and no mention of using vfs service. I have emailed the Canada emigration office about this but didn't got any reply yet. Also, I have asked VFS customer center, they said that I should first get the permission from the Canada emigration for submitting passport from India. What should I do? Your help would be much appreciated.

I have done my biometric from Bangalore and currently I'm at my home town so nearest branch will be Delhi. Can I choose Delhi?? Or I have to select the same centre from where the biometric is done?.
You can submit at Delhi VFS centre, but you will have to collect from Delhi itself.

After making the payment I ended up on a page, stating that if payment doesn't process after 2 hours please submit another form. You should be present there no one on your behalf can submit your passport.

If you don't choose SMS service then you will not receive sms
But you can track your passport on VFS website with tracking ID.

Hi Gagan, just submitted the in person passport sumission appointment request on VFS global website. I am from Mumbai so i selected the VFS mumbai option. How long does it take to receive an appointment email from them ?? because after i submitted i have received an sms regarding my appointment date but no email as of now. Hello Gaganjot ji, my family (staying in Oslo, Norway) received passport submission request on 11th July, and as per VFS centre, the documents were received at London office- High commission of Canada on 27th July 2022. However its been 3 weeks and still there is no update on the visa stamping. Is this delay normal given the situation in Europe? Other than raising webforms, would you have any recommendation to get in touch with the authorities?

Thank you ji. We did that, n their feedback was that we have delivered your documents to the office, and we shall update once it reaches back to the VFS office in Sweden. At the moment there are no more updates to provide.

2) you have 2 options, you can also collect from VFS centre and you can also receive through courier.
3) According to average processing time, you can expect your PPR around 8-18 September.
