For the faster elution of Benzoic acid with ACN, because of the extra interaction with the solvent shouldn't it spend more time at the mobile phase and come out a bit later instead? I didn't really understand why that pi-pi interaction makes the benzoic acid come out faster. Thank you so much for the video btw!

Because ACN is a mobile phase and not stationary phase
methanol and acetonitrile are organic solvents.
Yes, both of them are organic solvents with acidic property, one is APROTIC (ACN) and other PROTIC (MEOH)
