There's no doubt that Iron Maiden knows how to make a song. You can really feel the story through the melody. This is exactly what I feel when I listen this song, I know that The Great Unknown is there... deep inside the song

I'm sure that zero guitar teachers will be showing their students footage of his live performances in regard to "proper holding" technique. Haha. The guy is great, but I've never seen a guitarist play such a huge chunk of their parts holding their guitar so "wrong." (I know it's not WRONG, but you know what I mean.)
All their songs come to life in a live setting. It's amazing. This is a great song anyway but even songs from some albums I might not have appreciated as much suddenly become great with the atmosphere of a crowd at a gig and the band firing on all cylinders.

The Book of Souls tour was my first ever Maiden show (I was 24, and I still kick myself for missing the Maiden England tour a few years prior. Hey, can't afford everything.) and it was during this song, half the audience in the crowd got up and walked out. These are the same people who stood up and sang along only during The Trooper and The Number of the Beast. I'm standing there thinking, "What the hell is wrong with you people?! It's Iron Maiden!!" Even during POWERSLAVE, I felt I was the only person in my section that sang along, air guitar/bass and headbanged. Everyone around me sat down practically 95% of the show.
They are probably to old some people just need to stay home they don't know how to act at the Kings of metal before them that's why I always get tickets in the pit or on the floor in the USA people are lame they are spoiled and don't have energy for a maiden gig

Steven Jackson I´m ever so disappointed that they actually DID record the AMOLAD tour for a DVD, but never released it, that would have been the most precious of them all .....
Bruce Dickinson is my god, he’s voice is just a pleas for the ears and so clean, and he’s ability to sing songs that are so hard to sing in live is just incredible
I think Book of Souls is their 2nd best album since 1990 after AMOLAD. Blew me away after relatively average Final Frontier. Will be interesting to see (in the hopefully not too distant future) can the new one match this masterpiece. Considering their age that would be fairly optimistic, but you never know from Maiden. Not a single weak album so far 🤟🤟
Senjutsu is now out. Did it match Book of Souls for you? Personally, I enjoyed Senjutsu more than BOS. But not by much. BOS will always be a masterpiece.

This is an awesome song but I wish they also included Tears of a Clown from the first leg of the tour (which was then replaced by this on the second leg) on the Live Chapter. Even if it was just on the audio CD.
The only thing missing to make this absolutely perfect, is correct syncing of the guitar playing in the video with the music. It's subtle, but for anyone who plays guitar or pays close enough attention, you can tell it's not showing the right video for the specific part of the song being played. Other than that, this is dope af

To me there only two bands in the world that are the definition of legendary. Iron Maiden & Ghost. their albums are amazing from start to finish they never disappoint and to top it off the way they play their music live is so energizing and unforgettable. i got to see them live in brooklyn 7/22/17 a night i will never forget.

Not really, on the BNW tour they played Fallen Angel and Out Of The Silent Planet in Argentina and they weren’t on the regular tour setlist :)

Not drop D. It's a super weird Open E Tuning. He only uses 5 Strings as well. Capo in the 2nd fret makes it EBEBE.
