Jeff Nippard needs a lesson in lifting

Jeff Nippard really has changed up the last couple of years and not for the better, he was a good voice in the past when there was way too much gymbro talk of just lift the weights. The lifting culture has changed so dramatically towards being science based and optimal, what is optimal is a pipedream and it changes constantly while also being different between people.
