I'm a little late to the party here but I really dig your reaction to this song. "Sorrow" is definitely one of Flyleaf's best tunes. Lacey said that she screams "joy will come!" because sometimes we have to rage against our circumstances and tell ourselves that we can and will be happy again. She incorporates her faith into that sentinent which makes it all the more powerful, in my opinion. I love watching how her screams impact you. She has a talent and a ton of power even with her diminutive size. Thanks for the reaction! She has a few good jams with Flyleaf such as "Again" and "Cassie." She also did a song for the Underworld franchise called "Heavy Prey." If you're in for a ride definitely check it out. And def react to it if you can. Just floating that out there. xD
This is my favorite song of Flyleaf's! Thanks for reacting to it! I've subscribed. And no, they aren't a Christian band, they're a band of Christians. Anyone who's interested in Flyleaf should give a listen to Lacey's testimony. It's raw, emotional, powerful, and makes you (at least it makes me) appreciate their music even more! Thanks again. I'm looking forward to more reactions!

This whole song is a beautiful build up to her sublime scream at the end!
Thanks for the great Flyleaf reactions!!

They're a Christian rock band, most of their songs are about religious things and the "peaceful by and by" line is a religious thing as well.
Good analysis!
There’s a Christian band and they talk about Jesus Christ
