1959-1964 Chevy Impala Column shift Neutral Safety Switch (maybe other newer years as well)

My version of a Quick diagnosis and replacement of a neutral safety switch on my 1961 Impala with 283 2 speed power glide.
Car wouldn’t start but had power, battery was good and starter was good.
What to do if the switch after installed still doesn’t work
