Great video. In today's era of influencers only optimising their videos to hook viewers, sell their products and courses, and just earn money, it's rare to find a creator that says what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. This especially was expressed by putting self-improvement content in F tier and putting being with your loved ones at 1st place. Honestly thought this was going to be another niche self-improvement guru video, but not what I expected. You might not make it big because of the fact that you aren't following the trends of self-improvement content, but I wish you the best brother, you have my respect
I love the list and how you deeply explained your reasoning for each self-improvement habit. You earned a sub and I hope to see your channel grow in the future.
14:08 needed to hear that fr. Doubting my ability to commit to myself but i’m hoping i can change my mindset and start acting. Wishing you luck on your journey as well bro you got my sub 🤝
Love the video g i been on self improvement for about 1 year and kicked most of my useless habits like corn, video, games, chasing girls etc but iv been a nicotine addict since 14 and im 19 rn but cant kick this habit any tips on how to do it
@@AurelianWisdom Bro, I was in the same spot from 17 to 20. Firstly, don’t be too hard on yourself-you didn’t do this or get addicted on purpose! Secondly, make a big effort to throw away all your vapes or Zyns. Be prepared and know that quitting an addiction is never easy, but remember that you got yourself into this position, and only you can get yourself out! Also, change your mindset-you’re not trying to quit; you did quit. When people ask, don’t say, “I’m trying to quit nicotine.” Instead, tell them, “Nah, I quit.” Journal about the withdrawals, meditate, and be mindful of the cravings. Withdrawals are temporary, but the benefits of quitting last forever. I’m sure I’m missing some advice, but I’ll reply again if I think of anything else for you. Good luck, bro-you got this. Believe in yourself; I believe in you! 🫡
Dude how is skill development ranked much lower than memey things like meditation, journaling, and breathing exercises? It's the best thing you can do for your career, and if you have a good job, you can pay for your gym, good food, etc.
@@oaksaint4458 Because if you have an absolute baseline of self-improvement at 0 and have done zero self-development, then getting your mental health right through meditation and journaling has a way higher ROI than skill development, in my opinion. How do you expect to develop the skill if you can’t even focus? (Just my 2 cents; you’re entitled to your opinion, of course.)
actually good content, i think self improvement can actually get bad for you it depends on the way you take it, if you cant relax and enjoy your life because you think you have to work 24/7 and hate yourself for taking a break once in a whle it is bad for you. I think like everything in life you should do it in moderation, i currently lift weights and im trying to learn code, rest of the times i try to enjoy life. We will all die regardless so if you grind 24/7 and are miserable you wont enjoy your life, but you shouldnt also live in absolute comfort, like i said. Balance
Absolute facts brother! Life is short what’s all the hustle and grind gonna do for you in the grave! It’s good too wanna be better but we definitely still gotta live and enjoy the time we got on this earth 🫡🫡
I personally think this tierlist video is pointless because in my opinion every aspect of self improvement is S tier but this video dors provide valuable information of every type of self improvement
If S tier only means that it’s good for you than yes, I agree. However, I feel the point of the tierlist to quantify which habits are the best and which are just good or niche.
