      THIS IS AN ATTEMPTED MURDER . District Attorneys Are Politicians So They Bend To Evil Forces . Very Rare That A Cop Actually Is There To Witness The Criminal Act , But Still These Evil Loser Scumbags Will Probably Be Back On The Streets In Just A Few Years . The US Govt Protects Criminals Because The People Who Run The Govt Are Themselves Often Criminals And Criminals Help Criminals .

      The DA Is Obviously A Politically Correct Liberal Cowardly Fool Who Protects Criminals . ITS THE NEW WAY THINGS GO IN OUR NATION = WANT TO STOP THE CRIMINALS YOU HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF BUT THEN THE D.A. WHO PROTECTS CRIMINALS WILL TARGET CIVILIANS FOR DEFENDING THEMSELVES . @Bub Zilla since the involved officer was part of your family I figured I’d ask you a couple questions I had that aren’t answered in the video… that is if you don’t mind.
      First of all, what happened to the father and son? At 10:25 they tell us their truck was found on fire with a 44yo with multiple gunshot wounds. I assume those are the shots the son received while they were turning around at the intersection. But why is the truck on fire and where is the father? Did the son survive his gunshot wounds? Thanks for your time if you answer any of the above. And thanks to your family member for his service. 👍🏼

    Things like simple expressions, or they way they carry themselves Etc. Dont be afraid to profile somebody when your safety or very life is at stake If it walks, talks, dresses and act's like a criminal....It's their fault, not yours. The very second that title didn't clear, they should have known who they were dealing with.

    I think this would be a wonderful opportunity to pause for a moment and give thanks for the great contributions of the Black community to our society. Their peaceful and generous nature make them ideal neighbors, lending testimony to their exceptional family values and parenting skills unrivaled by any other culture.
    Their commitment to academic excellence enriches our schools and serves as an example to all who hope to achieve prominence as a people. Real estate values are fueled by the mix of African Americans into an area due to their caring and respectful nature of these communities, an example of all they have achieved through their enthusiasm for self- improvement by hard work and a self- reliant can-do nature.
    Without their industrious and creative drive, we would most undoubtedly be poorer as a nation.

    Discharging a firearm from a vehicle

      Buying from Craigslist isn't any different than buying from ads posted in a newspaper. If you talk to the seller on the phone a few times and meet in a safe location, it's safe. Of course, it's always best to get your mechanic to pre inspect it. I've bought several trucks this way. If the seller or buyer is hinky, don't risk meeting.

      Exactly William… that’s the same thing I’m stuck on. The video was great otherwise, but come on… what the hell happened to the victims? When the narrator lady says the officers located the truck on fire with the son inside with multiple gunshot wounds it doesn’t say anything about the father. Was he not there? What happened to the son, did he survive? What happened to the father, was he at the truck with his son or did he take off or something? Lastly, what happened to the truck, why is it on fire? So close but yet so far… come on IMPD… get your shit together. Haha

    This was aggravated Robbery turned into attempted murder. It's not what you know though. It's what you can prove in court. Obviously, when you're chasing people down a street you can say INTENT is obvious of what they were trying to do. It's not like they decided to call off the robbery.

    • @michaelmorrison4201
      @michaelmorrison4201 2 роки тому +4

      Yea, and unless they like got the people they were trying to rob trapped at an intersection, then got out of their vehicles and started firing at the people being robbed a bunch of times, striking one of them and putting him in critical condition, that was witnessed by a credible source and seen on video, unless stuff like that is happening, then it's difficult to charge those guys with it.
      If you were in a democratic run state, it gets so much harder. You have to be like, live streaming yourself driving up to the victim, repeating no less than 5 times, that you are going to kill the victim, in 1 continuous video. You'd also have to have previously prepared a detailed PowerPoint presentation demonstrating your intent to murder that person, giving the outlined route, method of murder weapon picture (Lee Harvey Oswald style, with the gun, caliber, bullets planned for use), then the normal minimum of 8 cameras showing 8 different perspectives, including the live stream you have going. From those 8 videos you need to gather at least 10 different audio recordings of your intent to kill the victim (yup, 10 good luck on that). That is, unless you're white, then it ends when you fired a gun near someone and they felt threatened. See: "Kyle Rittenhouse" for more details.

They told us the son got shot at the intersection in front of the gas station as they pulled away, but then later they jump to the son being found with multiple gunshot wounds in a truck that’s on fire. Adrenaline overriding common sense. It's lack of training, not that local authorities perhaps have the funding for proper and full training? Officers taking themselves to the range once in a while is NOT training, merely familiarisation. One can argue the issues surrounding how much training CAN be given to a large force of gun carrying officers, but the real issue is the wayward and unaimed shots flying everywhere. The amount of shots fired and the amount of surrounding people nearby is horrifying!

    The bad guys have all the rules for them. Even with all this video, they'll still plead not guilty and have to go to trial where they have a strong chance of fools setting them free.

    Conspiracy to commit several crimes. CL ad to lure suspects,” Oh you need the title for the truck we just stole?” Ok we’ll meet you at BMV and play along.” F this let’s just get his money” old guy was like nope.
    Good job off duty officer!

      It was obviously a scam from the get go. Probably a stolen vehicle, or had a outstanding title loan. And they knew the victims had a large amount of cash on them.

  • @rong3378
    @rong3378 Рік тому +1

    WHY no attempted murder charges? It appears they tried to sell a vehicle they didn't even own and were going to get the cash from the victim no matter what. I guess looting stores was too much work.
