Lifted the 'trained but inexperienced soldier tasked to provide ammo hides in cowardice resulting in disaster" plotline from the last act of Saving Private Ryan.
I’ll say it was head and shoulders above Rings of Puke. Years ahead of Asoka and decades ahead of The Acolyte. It wasn’t as good as one bad episode of The Rockford Files.
Season2 delayed for the acolyte and they took the last episode of season 2 for season 3. They did trans character right, because good acting IDK if that actor is actually trans doesnt matter when done correctly.
why didnt the protagonist just buy all the people with his money? I mean wtf ?!?!? he dosnt care about the money anyway, just frikin buy them dudes debts off and your plan and safe lifes
Season 2 of Squid Game is an incomplete season. It was good for what it is. Its the tread of Netflix splitting the final season of shows. Look at Cobra Kai for example. The final season is split into 3 parts.
It was never gonna Be As good as the first series still one of the best things on Netflix, just enjoy it for what it is I was captivated not much point having a back story to characters when everyone’s gonna die pretty much I like the chances my only criticism is that there weren’t enough games shown we had like 3 in the whole series.
The trans character was easily one of the top 3 or 5 characters in the season and admittedly I didn't think I'd like him either. The only stupid moment that character has is trusting the one guy who is clearly scared out his mind to go get the remainder of the ammo clips only to have to go get them herself. That boils down to poor writing nothing else. Not shocked AZ had a negative opinion on a trans character though ngl.
Never watched Squid Game. Never watched Lost. Never watched Game Of Thrones. My life is wonderful. That's over 2 weeks worth of daylight hours I spent doing something edifying and I didn't have to consume all that pointless garbage fiction. Also never watched Solo. Or the last Indiana Jones. Or Captain Marvel. These things (even if well written or acted as some shows are) are literally a waste of precious life. They rot your mind. They dull your wits. They eat away at your soul. I went to see Nosferatu a few days back. Total waste of time. Story I've seen before. Acting was patchy. First half was atmospheric, second half boring. Mostly it was nihilistic & revolting. I used to love horror films. Now they do nothing for me. I used to be interested in superheroes. Now it seems pathetic to me to watch grown adult people dressed up in spandex punching CGI monsters while spouting low IQ dialogue. It's embarrassing. I advise everyone to disconnect from 90% of this stuff. It's bad for you.
The recruiter in ep 1 and 2 was unreal. The actor being a psycho in such a calm manner. The season fizzled a bit after that and the ending obviously was a bit lame.
All South Korean able bodied men have to do a certain amount of time in the military. So, that is not too much of a strentch. But there are a lot of stupid moments in the series so far. It did have some good too though. The last part was so stupid that they didnt gather ALL the fucking bullets for some reason. Thanos needed to stay so the pay off of his death would have been a bigger pay off. The cliff hanger was dumb as fuck. The master mind guy behind the game this time also played in Red 2 in case anyone forgot. He voices himself in the dub version on the show because he actually is a profficient speaker of the English language.
What about Daredevil and The Punisher Season 2? Can't recall exactly but believe they were good. And I know these are controversional, but Snowpiercer and Raised by Wolves... hated that they were canceled before their time!!
Season 1 was very cool and well done. Season 2 is absolute rubbish. Awful and very unlikable characters, terrible acting, bad writing, repetitive... And the finale sucks.
Tbe voting is dragged on waaaaaay to long. Also dont need half the boring peoples lives. Definitely coulda wrapped this up in 8 shows, I think anyway. Depends on second half.
After people recommended squid game as a a really good show my brain died after the third episode and the second series left me comatose.. what a complete waste of time.. absolute garbage.. when you know that 99% of all contestants are going to die why have back stories.. plus I just didn't care.. garbage!!
Is sad to see how you people just become haters, the show is good, yeah, it is not the first season good, but it is good, if you saw an "american" do the same thing you would cheer, I think I started to disliked little by little your opinion on things
That's BS!! I just found out that we need to wait for season 3 (another year or two) to learn the end of a chapter. We have been waiting 3 years for a complete story. I definitely will not recommend this show to my friends. This type of nonsense is disrespectful to the viewers, and it kills the vibe and enthusiasm.
@cpob2013 1) They will stretch the sh!t out of a simple story. 3-4 more episodes is more than enough to wrap the story up. 2) Season should wrap up some important story arc(s) and/or provide some decisive points where characters stand, maybe tease future adventures. What we got is a stupid clifhanger, designed to milk viewers' money. 3) Waiting for another full year to receive resolution for a story is ridiculous. I abandoned so many good series because they were taken forever to complete the story arc. I don't rewatch old seasons before new one comes out.
the funniest thing is that the trans character wasn't even real . just a normal dude playing that thing kekw the reason was cause there isn't even 1 trans actor in a country of 52 million people . the sheer fucking hubris of western media leave me always speechless ...BUT the forced injected trans character wasn't even top 5 problem . the overall quality just dropped hard . if s1 was a 8.5 this barely reached a 5 imo . not a waste of my time but barely .

Dark season 2 was really good. German made show.
"YOU" has only gotten better after season 3, tbh.
MauLer : ruining movies/TV shows since '2018.
SQUID GAME 2: The Search For More Money 😜
why didnt the protagonist just buy all the people with his money? I mean wtf ?!?!? he dosnt care about the money anyway, just frikin buy them dudes debts off and your plan and safe lifes
Season 2 of Squid Game is an incomplete season. It was good for what it is.
Its the tread of Netflix splitting the final season of shows.
Look at Cobra Kai for example. The final season is split into 3 parts.
Thanks for saving me a few hours of my life.
It’s not bad there just being nit picking babies
A weekly shown season would be the better option in this case imo.
Dark was a masterpiece in three seasons. Sadly, no one talks about it.
Why did they call it Squid Game in the place?
It was never gonna Be As good as the first series still one of the best things on Netflix,
just enjoy it for what it is I was captivated not much point having a back story to characters when everyone’s gonna die pretty much I like the chances my only criticism is that there weren’t enough games shown we had like 3 in the whole series.
Despite what you think of Season 2, X-Ray Girl's acting was phenomenal.
I was happy when Thanos died, but I wish it'd been a more satisfying and well deserved death.
My wife and I loved this season. It ends on a satisfying note. Leaves you wanting more.
Big Brother with death.
Maybe Netflix should stick to limmited series.
The recruiter in ep 1 and 2 was unreal. The actor being a psycho in such a calm manner. The season fizzled a bit after that and the ending obviously was a bit lame.
i disliked how he was portrayed as a psycho on the second season, he was my favorite character from the first season
I think your comments are a bit too harsh. It's still better than most shows out there.
Thanos was the best part of the squid game
Anyone feel they got the plot line from the Netflix game show squid games. My guess is the old lady wins.
Season 1 was very cool and well done. Season 2 is absolute rubbish.
Awful and very unlikable characters, terrible acting, bad writing,
repetitive... And the finale sucks.
Tbe voting is dragged on waaaaaay to long. Also dont need half the boring peoples lives. Definitely coulda wrapped this up in 8 shows, I think anyway. Depends on second half.
After people recommended squid game as a a really good show my brain died after the third episode and the second series left me comatose.. what a complete waste of time.. absolute garbage.. when you know that 99% of all contestants are going to die why have back stories.. plus I just didn't care.. garbage!!
It's a bit stretched but my god I grew up with Seinfeld being the "best thing on tv" so I'm not complaining....
Well it was a show about nothing😅, i still binge watch it from time to time😅 i love George's antics
@@icemanabz and its fine, i loved it, just saying tv is soooo much better today
...SQUID GAME is Social Engineering/Conditioning for...LOCKDOWN...
Thanos is the MVP
Is sad to see how you people just become haters, the show is good, yeah, it is not the first season good, but it is good, if you saw an "american" do the same thing you would cheer, I think I started to disliked little by little your opinion on things
This
That's BS!! I just found out that we need to wait for season 3 (another year or two) to learn the end of a chapter. We have been waiting 3 years for a complete story. I definitely will not recommend this show to my friends. This type of nonsense is disrespectful to the viewers, and it kills the vibe and enthusiasm.
I think its announced for 2025
@cpob2013 1) They will stretch the sh!t out of a simple story.
I'd agree with that 5. But to me that is definitely a waste of my time lol.
You people don’t like anything. It’s exhausting, the season wasn’t even bad. You don’t have to be negative on every single thing
AY UP GAZZA AND MAULER
Give the girl a chance to talk boys. Agree that Squid Games 2 OK but nowhere near as good as 1.
I loved Season 2 the Crown but that's not really y'alls style 😂😂😂 there some parts i didn't care for and just started to fast forward, and other parts like the russian roulette, Jessssus.
