Lunar Ball, known as Lunar Pool in the US, is, as the name suggests, a pool game for the NES, comprising 60 stages of oddly-shaped tables.
With some heavy support from a bot and the help of an unusual glitch on two tables, the game is completed in record time.
The friction of the pool table can be adjusted; in this run it is left alone. See also the frictionless run ( tasvideos.org/... ). Reading the submission text ( tasvideos.org/... ) is recommended.

I love the effect of a ball disappearing in the pocket in this game. Just a simple little effect, but it looks so cool.

To those disappointed by the extra shots, it apparently cuts off ~15 minutes of just watching the score count up. As the run with extra shots is ~23 minutes long, I think we can all agree that taking extra shots was a good idea.

You know, as many times as I've watched these TASs, it never occurred to me to intentionally tap shots like that to keep the "rate" bonus intentionally low and save time.

Great game, can never get past lvl 10. Reading the comments the non hitting shots were a way to reset? I thought that was ball positioning
