not underestimate Noah Lyles because if anything he has confidence in himself which is good. Anything can happen on the day.
Someone like Noah is good for track and field. Brings interest. Nothing is worng with being confident. Love Jamaica but Love Noah too. Go Noah.

I have been watching everyone! Noah and Sha:karri both should be humble and concerned about the Olympics!
I think that's gonna be hard for them to do. Because they think that in order to be the best, you have to say. You're the best first and you have to say it publicly.
Y do u assume they r not? Try not 2 project. We don't know these people.
You are right the Jamaicans are definitely running conservative
Why the hating on Noah Lyles? Track and Field do not even feature in any major mainstream media sporting stories.... Noah Lyles is good for Track and Field, ask Mr. Bolt!. What is wrong with being confident? Come on man....I am no Noah Lyles fan....but I love the competition....We are in for a historic men's 100m finals in Paris...may all the runners stay healthy and give us a moment in time....Since when having big dreams is a crime?
The greatest 100m sprinter for America Tyson Gay was very humble and Noah is no were close to him
@eastcoastathletics7814 Two different people. I rate Noah regardless - yall need to see interviews of athlete. You cant just sum up a person based on their performance on trqck and field.
I THINK USA DIDN'T RECOVER THEIR LONG DEFEAT TO THE GOD OF 100 M BOLT . THEY STILL STRUGGLING A LOT ! AMERICANS ALWAYS ARE DOPED BUT GOT IS NOT WITH THEM , GOD DON'T LIKE USA BUT GOT LIKE TRUMP AND THEN GOD WILL LIKE THE USA AGAIN ...
@eastcoastathletics7814 you're a hater bro, all of your talking points are anti American. You're also hypocrite when it comes to times because when the Jamaicans have better times you want us to believe it's because they are the faster runner, but when the Americans have faster times you insinuate things will be different at the Olympics because of pressure. This is the most biased channel on YT, why should we take anything you say seriously?
@eastcoastathletics7814 Noah is the best in the 200m
Finally an analyst with sense
You are right Bro Noah is too hype Bolt never thought he was unbeatable Bolt was full of Charisma he respected his competitors and was just a fun guy.
Him & Bolt r 2 different people. Noah is young & having fun. He engages with his followers & makes content 4 them thru his track experience. Noah is clearly inspired by Bolt's accomplishments, but it doesn't mean he wants 2 b him. Bolt beat some1 else's record. The person he beat beat some1 else's record. It doesn't mean they want 2 b them.
Fun 2 Bolt & Noah may b different bc they r from 2 different generations.
@mistermilkman if Noah was Jamaican he would be loved and outsiders that didn't love him would be called bad minded..said by a Jamaican.
@clipow It's crazy. I can c y youth all over the world r confused. On 1 hand, they r told 2 b themselves, but then they r compared 2 others & put down when they r not satisfactory n the eyes of others. I've learned early n life 2 live & let live. U will never please every1.
As much as people want 2 represent a country, all of these athletes represent themselves once they hit the track. Win, lose, or draw, the hard work they put n makes 4 a gr8 race.
The only real disappointment is when a fans favorite doesn't win. Reality is, no1 will win every race, no matter how humble or how hard they practice.
I'm not a fan of Noah's antics & I'm from the US. But as a 45yr old man, I love that he's having fun & being himself. The kids & young fans adore him.
@mistermilkman Agreed..I never have problems with people's confidence, if he was saying negative things about another athlete that will be different but wanting to be the best, ambitious or setting goals for himself, I don't know why people get so triggered
@clipow please tell this to all the delusional people out there. You are a real one
Which Jackson on the last leg...u most be crazy...anytime mi si jackson running on last leg mi wrry...u most be crazy she will get smoke taks too long to build up on her speed...shelly has to go on the last leg..and put jackson on the second leg...
It makes more sense for you to put your faster. Athletes in the middle of the relay. Because you need to build app a lead if that's all you're looking at it and put the person that you think takes a longer time to build up anchor because you have already gained a lead from the first 3 athletes and you would just need to maintain that on the anchor.
If Jackson gets the baton on time with ShaCarrie or before, Shericka will dust her.
As a sprinter you better think you are unbeatable,
Jamaica's Merlene Ottey retired at 52, so its not too far fetched
Lol
Even Seville dindn't give his full hundred in the final he also slow down near the line

Who knows who is going to win, anything can happen. All this about America, they want to win, so what! Everybody wants to win, however who knows who will! It could be Italy. No, Noah is confident in himself, but he doesn’t think he is unbeatable.
I agree with everything you said up to your last statement. He behaves as if he is unbeatable and talks that way. I have no problem with confidence, but arrogance is another thing.
I think Noel is quite aware that the Olympics is a quite different party that’s why he’s trying to use psychology from early out. He must have looked back on the last 20 years and noticed that they have always come up short.
Shericka’s personal best is 10.65s. She will get pretty close to that by Olympics. Sha’carri has not been anywhere near to that time. Olympics is no joke.
Psychology won't work on the Jamaicans

@@eastcoastathletics7814 no 🤣 watch he run 19:35 😊
In the US, with the exception of the men’s and women’s 400m hurdles, you don’t really find too many athletes that are head and shoulders above the rest. Noah gave that illusion for a while with the 200m, but we quickly saw that there were other people who were right there with him… and that’s just in the US. The reason why I bring that up is because you mentioned that Gabby ran faster in the semis than she did in the finals (approx 34 minutes into the video). Because of the parity, everyone almost has to give their best effort just to make it out of trials.
Speaking of trials, what happened to Athing Mu in the USA proves the fairness of the trials process. We’re not necessarily concerned with sending our best, but rather, mainly concerned with sending who shows up on the day (trials). Mu is clearly our best 800m runner as well as the defending Olympic champion and she won’t even have the opportunity to defend her title. Imagine if both Kishane and Oblique false started at the Jamaican trials and were thrown out of the race. Would Jamaica be satisfied with sending Ackeem Blake as the top guy even though he only ran 9.92 at trials?
Don't worry about the apology they threatened that she is going to be 57 and still running😂😂😂😂

Noah's cockiness is just an act. I didn't like him or his cockiness at first but I have learned to accept it for what is. He is trying to speak the win into existence. He is trying to boost his own confidence. He's over the top with it but that is what he is trying to do, while trying shake the competitors off their game. If Noah loses, he won't just be devastated, h'd be crushed. Now if you knew me, you'd know that I always lean toward Jamaicans but in this instance, I kind of in the middle.

The one thing I'll say regarding the 200m is that USATF did their athletes a disservice by how the scheduled the Olympic trials. Spacing out the 100 and 200 over two weekends does not mimic the olympics schedule and you want to use trials to prepare the athletes for similar conditions to the championships. Noah's biggest risk in the 200m will be his exertion in the 100m. Will he have the legs in the 200m after the 100m. The dark horse for me is Tobogo who already ran multiple 400m and broke the 300m WR so we know he's stronger this year. Then there is Kung Fu Kenny but Tebogo is my dark horse for the 200m if Noah doesn't win it.
Well said. I think the USATF did that to give the athletes who ran the 100m and 200m more time to recover, hoping they would run faster and send a message to the rest of the world, but it didn't work.
@@eastcoastathletics7814bro, we don't need to send any messages to the world in trials, everyone is doing just enough to make the team.....we send our messages in the actual meets where we've been pretty dominant the last 4 years
