Part of the beauty of these old dinosaurs was all the chrome...its gone. Then sit it down on the ground as well?! A real shame when people get their hands on old classics just to degrade them so severely.
I can agree with you on the chrome, but lowering cars improves their looks in my eyes. This same customer is building another ‘59 now, and he just dropped a huge load of parts off at Ogden Plating to be chromed- so there will be some redemption for you!
Have you priced a re chromed 59 Cadillac front bumper....Might as well take out a second mortgage.. And all the chrome..Now you are selling body parts... Would it be nice if all cars was restored to new??? yes.. but alot of car guy's simply don't have that kind of money... So if people build rods/cars their way, I think it's better that the alternative where they sit in a field and rust away...
@@DynamicSeq I almost couldn’t believe how much money he’s spending to re-chrome and polish everything for this other car- by far the most expensive part of the project!
Love your work! I’m going to be bagging a 58 Cadillac commercial chassis. What kit do you recommend? I’d like to buy a kit that comes with everything rather than piece by piece. Thanks!!
Being a commercial chassis, I’m guessing it has leaf springs in the rear? Send a message or call me- our contact info is on our site www.twistedimages.com -Phil
@@memegator6937 I’m looking forward to someone bringing a later model Caddy to us for install- if one comes through our shop I’ll definitely make a video!

Blacking out all the chrome on a classic, especially a Cadillac, isn’t for everyone. We’ve got a few cars coming through the shop that I’ll post videos of - I think you’ll like them better!
I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy this one. We posted a video a couple months ago with a white 1959 Cadillac, and covered a lot more of the suspension work to show what is involved. This one came to us with the air bags installed already, so we weren’t able to document the process.
Amazing work done 🔥! Beautiful classic car done right.
This one look sick and very menacing. Great work on getting all these low & looking better!!!
That Caddy is one of the cleanest out there
That thing looks mesmerising and badass!

Agreed!!!
I like lowering them, but adding ultra wide tires and removing all the chrome the car has is just awful. @@twistedimages405
Absolutely killer mullet & awesome Caddy! 🤘
Lol thanks!! Wife pretty much made me get rid of the mullet shortly after this video was taken, so I’m glad it lives on here on UA-cam!
@@twistedimages405 shameful, should've kept it & got it made into a wig just for later 🤣 lol

Absolutely! Cars today are so bland by comparison.
That's dope
Sick car love it
Should have left it stock looking. Harley Earl is spinning in his grave!
There are plenty of stock '59 Cadillacs running around if you want to look at them.
Badass

Gotta 59 Coupe myself!! Where is your shop???
We’re located near Oklahoma City

Nice Cadillac. Glad to see you're still customizing vehicles. I remember seeing you behind the counter at F.B.I. back in the day.

whats up Phil, you didn't tell me you had a you tube channel
You killed the soul of the car! Wrong way. It's not a Cadillac. It's Batman's car!
if batman were to drive a caddy, I think this would be the one.

Its in the eye of the beholder.
Video monótono y aburrido, y no muestra como instalaron las piezas para bajar y subir el auto.
