@@Daniel-ph7nx I havent been able to reproduce this issue in my own world using regular wolves unfortunately, try this: Tell the wolves to follow you so they sit as close as possible to the middle wall deviding them, then add a second wall on the left and right hand side to reduxe the available space in the pens so the baby wolves have no where to spawn but behind the parent wolves.
To make the farm work with 2 star wolves, you just have to replace the wall in the top back of the breeder behind the wolves with 2 half wall, than free place a whole wall in line with the top of the bottom half and extend the free place down, and lastly delete the walls that are now covered by the the free placed ones. Also don't forget to add a roof to cover the free placed walls else they start to wear.

How close can the animal farms be placed to each other? Can I put two wolf breeders side by side each other? They need to be away? How does the mob cap work?

great design! if you raise the height of the breeder part you will non stop spawn cubs and greatly increase the efficiency of this farm! do you have multistage farm designs too?
Probably about 5 walls or so if I had to guess - just enough to get the breeders out of range of the pups for the whole "no more than 6 within x meters" thing. @Henrique200297
@@Zerger we made this last week and finished your boar farm tonight, both work, but our wolves are 2 star and die really slowly..I'm sure due to the increased hit points. We would love to see a 2 star adaptation. I do notice our smoke doesn't fill the length of the kill box, seeming to stay more toward the brazier side, was wondering if closing in one side would reduce air flow..filling chamber and killing faster..?

🚨 Important 🚨 This farm was made with regular wolves, 2 star wolves will not work here as they are larger
Doesnt seem to work in the current patch. Pups get stuck with the mother.

Hello is a possible that you could explain Better. I don’t understand what you mean with place a whole wall in line with the top of the bottom half?
Du you mean I have to play a whole wall on top of the half wall?
After explaining how this works my friends now think I'm a psychopath.
I thought animals had to be in contact with the ground to breed. Did that change, or are wolves an exception to the rule?
I thought so too initially, turns out all they want is a floor in front of them that is of an adequate size and they're happy to be elevated
We have chickens inside our base with my friend and they breed also :)
My boars are facing the wrong way and wont turn around, theyre sort of stuck in the drop area. Any idea how to fix?

So this doesn't produce more than 2 wolf cubs at a time?
my wolves turn around and when they are born the baby stays on top, don't you know why this is happening?
the first fell down but the next one didn't

within three meters to breed, and no more than five within at least 10 meters
It is kinda working but kinda dont the piggys and the Wolf Cubs will take dmg from the smoke even tho they are not grown boars, any ideas.
Yeah the smoke has been "bouncing" back from the topside far wall since an update, remove it so the smoke can flow out and it should work fine 💪🏼
@@Zerger Yes it does :D it just takes for ever for the wolfes to die xD
What do you mean by the topside far wall exactly?
Great video! Are the iron bars required? I have some 1 star boars I'd like to try this with but haven't unlocked iron yet.
hello... do you have any idea why my pups stuck with the breeder?

How high is enough so it happens?
@@Henrique200297 12m, or 3 log pole high.

Are you gonna make 2 start wolf farm?
it's not on my priority list but sure why not

This work with starred wolfs?
Definitely not 2 starred wolves as their hitbox is bigger, I'll make some other ones later for 2 stars specifically I think
@@Zerger I put two stars in and it works just fine as of the bog witch patch.
My animals will not eat through half walls.
How to build without resources item?
It's my test world so it's created in Hammer mode, no build cost. That and I'm also using commands
Just built this with some friends for some boar.
Does it work with boar?
Seems to so far lol
Will let you know more tonight
Its working but I believe it will work better with 2 stars. Working with no stars though for now. Only works when we are on the server lol
@@ASHole71 good to know, thanks
This no longer works at all
