Truenas: How to set up a 2nd static route a direct connection to your computer

Explaining how to set up a 2nd static route as a direct connection between your server and your computer (desktop or laptop). I faced this problem when setting up but there aren't many tutorials out there which explains in detail so, here's one for you.
