He forgot that madara placed a seal inside obito.
Zetsu wouldn't just sit out the whole storyline, he'd probably have gone after Itachi or Shisui to manipulate them somehow.
The ninja war would still probably happen as black zetsu would still find some way to manipulate Nagato and the Akatsuki
Also, I don't see Kakashi becoming Hokage in this storyline
What if Hinata turned into evil, or what if Sasuke kiled Naruto in Death Valley (before Shippuden), triggering Hinata into grievance and vengeance
Imagine if msdara some how live a bit longer and took sasuke as his successor ☠️☠️
