Old projects complete karane ka 8 saal se atta patta nahi and new projects pe projects launch kar rahe hai. One who will buy the flat in their new launch projects will definitely get trapped for 10 years or more. You will not get the possession before 10 years or more. Total fraud management and give all false commitments.
Still there is absolutely no clarity on which project is completed by Ruparel...surprisingly many iconic awards won by builder ..... subvention agreements with DHFL ..and lot of patchiness in loan disbursements by the bank without the consent of loan borrower.......lot of mess and hundreds of buyers are stuck badly
