Feel like it might be because King's a Titan and likely Titans were the only beings that could actually withstand his power when playing. Other people, as shown with Belos, just get utterly destroyed when he plays with them.

We'll Play Forever Me and You
When you paint the land in Night Bright Hues"
and
"Betrayed, beguiled, alone, deceived. We'll have our revenge on, uh Unity is so hard to rhyme"
These quotes give us the most info about the collector.
My theory is:

I feel like he’s more neutral, junior here just wants to play or is it they?
he was fine with helping belos kill everyone tho, and he treated it like a "game"
@Virginia Sloat hes like 1000s of years old, he just acts like a kid
@Virginia Sloat also, in hollow mind its made pretty clear that he would enjoy watching everyone die
@Virginia Sloat that like almost every kid. did he have parents, if so they need to ground him.
Person: ikr! Everyone always thinks the collector is evil! But he's really not!
The entire fandom before they even said anything: P R O T E C T .
0:38 Hey you gotta appreciate that they even considered giving the group a head start
The uuuuggghh when collector looks at the moon reminds be of Anne saying
Hands are felling pretty dry “That will not do”
"Im not angry though"
- An angry kid
Wait, the collector is pretty much a child. Now which character do we know who seemingly can't resist to adopt a child?
I think he’s even beyond Bill Cypher. Bill might actually fear this kid.
The thumbnail makes them look more normal than he usually does
He's like a lumity future child..in some way
The fact that the collector just wearing his pajamas is me when i get vacation 💀
now this is how you introduce A BADASS
I love how powerful the collector is but also how childish he is it’s going to be very chaotic in season2-3 idk if they are still gonna do season 2 or start season 3
Not me and the collector being the same alignment
you ever just *moves the moon cutely* 🌑☝🏻☺️
This kid just bitch slapped Belos and his plans into oblivion with only one finger. So imagine if he was to use all five.
They're just a kid, with such great power
ngl the reason I probably like this bean so much is because of the music he was introduced wi
Their just Bill cipher but a Child God
Edit:I would pay to see Spinel and The Collector to interact it would be very interesting
The Collector vs Discord...
I would say that no one wins, because their chaos is the same
I just love the music that happens when he appears XD
I think the collector is lawful He puts games in front of everything else
0:34 I love his little laugh
the collector: watchu playing? 😊
belos: collector
the collector: 🙁
He did all this with just his fingers. 2 to catch the scythe and one to crush Belos. One to move the freaking moon.
He’s adorable omg ;-;
Terrifyingly so but still-
It took the kids a season, and they couldn’t stop Philip/Belos.
This guy booked him with a finger and he exploded.
i wanted like, a 45 second segment of belos getting obliterated by collector
And I wanted an epic lightsaber duel between Darth Maul and Obi Wan Kenobi in Star Wars: Rebels. But all I wound up getting was "How to Dismantle a Sith in Two Easy Steps". So I guess disappointment is just a part of life.
"Watcha playing?"
"Uh, D&D?"
I’m not going to lie I freaking love the Collector. His whole look is so interesting and the voice acting… ✨amazing✨. Also I have a question: what is the Collector’s pronouns? He or they/them
I saw someone say that dana said his pronouns are he/they.
@@chocolateiguess1613 Ok thank you
Dana said on Twitter that the Collector’s pronouns are he/him and they/them right?
OH MY GOSH YOU DID IT!!! The to be continued memes still live!!!
At first the cover made me think it was his eyes
The look on the main cast's face in the background is priceless. Expecially Amity's, for some reason.
Collector is THAT choatic kid who just wanna play games and have fun
it took me forever to realize those weren't the collector's actual eyes in the thumbnail
that edits are so dope :D
Dang the logo is perfectly fit.
🎶Cause I’m just a chaotic neutral🎶
on that day the episode aired the collector became my fav character
he was in that thing for a reason🥲🥲
So the collector is chaotic neutral while bill cipher is chaotic evil, Disney we need a chaotic good person. It would be better if they were the main character
Luz is on the spectrum o.o)
The collector’s face when seeing king 🥺
LMFAOOO WHEN I SAW THE THUMBNAIL I JUST BURSTED OUT LAUGHINGG OMGG THIS IS SO FUNNY😂😂😂😂ILoveIt!!
Is it just me or does anyone else love the songs used for The Collector?
