Chocolate Bacon? Why NOT?

CHOCLATE and Bacon? Does it Work? Lets find out

(Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pound of Bacon
- 12oz of melting Chocolate
- 8oz of white Chocolate
- Wooden Skewer
- About 1/2 cup of Brown sugar ( more or less)
STEPS
BACON
- Take your bacon and weave it into a skewer. (Just go through the front side of bacon and back than repeat)
- Sprinkle about half cup of Brown sugar on Bacon
- Bake for 15 - 20 mins at 400 degrees
- Take bacon out and let it cool off for about 10 mins
ASSEMBLY
- Melt both your Chocolates separately in a double boiler.
- Than Spread your chocolate across bacon using a spoon and decorate to your desire.
