Good queation! No. I never freeze or render in place... The current setup is more than capable of playing back the session without needing to freeze any track...
@@CinematicComposing so in this way there is no processing overload and you can play as many trackas at the sametime?!! so I guess my satruggle is that I render every single track and then I end up with a 20G project, OMG, so this the virtual composer epiphany?!!! so then I just have to render the final product and end up one audio file instead of 100? am I on the right track? please tell me a bit more about the benefits or if am I wrong

I mean I basically playback libraries and record the audio, I didnt have a good experience freezing; should I just record or render or freeze an entire section instead of every individual instrument?

With your current setup, do you “freeze” or “render in place” tracks once you complete a section? Or is the midi always being played through the VI’s?
