it's so easy and pocket friendly that if you master it you'll just make this instead of buying
you'll need following ingredients to make this recipe
to make golgappa/pani puri
1 cup suji semolina
1/8 cup flour
1/8tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
water as required
to make khatta pani
2 cup water
1 lemon juice
1 tsp chat masala
1tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder zeera
1/2tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2tsp salt
1tsp brown sugar
ice
1/4cup tamarind paste
to make meethi chatni/sauce
1/2 cup tamarind
2 tbsp gur
2 cups water
1/2tsp cumin powder zeera
1/2tsp ginger powder
cornflour slurry(1tbsp cornflour+1tbsp water)
