Sunday Ka Nashta ab ghar main banae😍Bazaar Jesi Halwa Puri Chane Recipe By Chef Hafsa|Hafsas Kitchen
Buhat hi mazedar soft puri, sweet and delicous halwa aur behtreen zaiqe wale chane
you'll need following ingredients to make it
for puri
250g fine aata
50g maida
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
125 g water
1 egg
for halwa
125g semolina (suji)
300g sugar (1 1/2 cup)
300g water 1 1/4 cup
100g ghee 1/2 cup
1 cardamom
orange food color (1/4 tsp)
for chana
2 cups boiled chickpea with water
2 pinch baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 onion
1/2 cup ghee
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp crushed coriander
1 crushed black pepper powder
1 tsp crushed red chilli
