Hello, make sure that your mobile phone is connected to 2,4 GHz network and then try again. If your router supports 5 GHz and 2,4 GHz, you need to make sure that these 2 connections are separated (look for the instructions on the website of your internet provider). I hope that this will help resolve your problem.
