All 3 of these people played great games. Even though Sandra didn’t “run the show” she made the heroes believe she was their ally, which got her the votes in the end.
It just goes to show that Survivor is about how you deal with the fallout. What happens on the field is less important than what happens in the boardroom.
Wow, I know he was 37 at the time, but playing two seasons back to back aged Russell horribly. I honestly thought he was in his sixties when I first saw this in 2010
Sandra (Courtney) and Parvati (Danielle) each have one guaranteed vote. The Heroes are the swing votes. Whomever gets one of them gets the whole lot of them and wins.
@@samanderson5774 sandra had premade relationships with rupert n courtney i think, jt and amanda were bitter. jt’s pain was basically colby’s so it wasn’t any way for parvati to win.
(How the heck did this get revived 2 years after the last post twice) I can get the pregame arguments (bearing in mind every player had the option to pregame) but the bitterness argument is pretty silly
Russel made Danielle cry, insulted Rupert to his face, and lied about final three deals with Coach, Rupert, Colby, Jerri, Candice, and Danielle. Making 8 final three deals tends to make you unpopular. As Rupert puts it, “Its very easy To lie to people.” Russel took the easy way to the final three. Parvati even admitted she’d vote for Sandra to win, probably because Russel tried to blindside her twice, I think she had a chance, but not against Sandra. Watch the jury when Sandra plays an idol in the Rupert vote btw, they’re all cheering her on.
Russel is the best player ever in this game but he will never get the votes of the Jury, because he play for survive until the final 3 and everybody in the jury will hate him at that moment. the way to win this game is geting the final 3 with someone like Russel...
He literally only gets to the end because everyone knows they’d steamroll him in the FTC. Probably didn’t help that he managed to piss off every member of the jury, including insulting Rupert to his face, and blindsiding the only people he might beat in a jury vote.
Russell is the best strategic player to ever exist. But the worst jury manager ever. Those 2 traits co-existing will never be enough for someone to win.
its so mean to Russell and sandra wasn't even a good player Parvity, Russell and Jimmy where amazing. Jimmy was in the final 4 people just voted her out because they where jealous! But Sandra is a nice girl and she was never mean to anyone in the game thats why the jury voted for her because they liked her, which is a very good thing but all I'm saying is she wasn't the best player
Parvati getting Coach's and Jerri's vote was impressive to me because they both thought poorly of her at the beginning, but she earned their respect.

and no votes for Russel...
The upward of Survivor he is fine with.
It is the downward that trips him up.
I'm torn between parv & russel both did an outstanding job 😊😊😊
Parvati > Sandra > Russell
I dunno... Parvati didn’t exactly handle the jury all that well

Russell has 2 L's

@heartichoke6025 honestly, post RI + Aus Survivor that claim doesn't really hold weight anymore.
Little Nina Twine :D
Should have been Parv :-(
