This is my absolute favorite tiny house of the hundreds I've seen! I love everything about it, from the way they used the space to the colors, from the full bathtub and size of the bathroom to the stand up loft, and from the sink stove fridge product to the outdoor fryer used as a table stand! This tiny house is perfect in every way and is exactly what I'm looking for in a tiny home!
This is the most elegantly done tiny house I have ever seen. It doesnt have the ugly cramped galley kitchen that most of them do, and the choice of materials makes it seem like a home, not a novelty. The standup loft with a REAL bed not just a mattress on the ground tops it all off 11/10, Good work.
Have watched many "tiny house videos" on UA-cam. This is by far my favorite house. Just perfect, relaxing and looks comfortable. I think I Could live there!
This truly is my favorite so far! This house seems perfect in every way. It has everything you need to live comfortably. I especially love the stairs and standup loft. This is amazing and inspiring!
I LOVE THIS Tiny house the very best of all that I've so far seen! I definitely need to get the book! The space planning (recessing the sink is genius!) Having actual stairs & not. ladder is awesome! The roomy loft is beautiful and love how a window that opens for airflow & light is above the bed & even enough room for the storage lockers or a small cheat of drawers! But all the details are awesome & so well planned! The lights, open kitchen shelving, use & pops of color, the coffee table being clear continues the illusion of more space. The practicality of the kitchen & range is also great! Just everything!! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!!
its great to see a tiny house that isn't extremely tiny, it's still a big step down from your standard 2 bedroom home but it isn't a shoebox. although i do appreciate the smaller ones this one definitely seems a little more practical especially if you're the person to have guests and not want to feel enclosed in a smaller space also the interior takes the cake
Very cute and attractive and nice use of space...I once lived in a little cabin...back in the early 1970's....I just realized it would be considered a tiny house today! Cool! It was in Raven Rock, NJ...along the Delaware River. My young daughter and I lived there for about 4 years, if I recall.
I love the decorating choices that were made for this place. It looks very lovely. Recessing the bathroom sink was a great idea. A little space is lost in the kitchen, but it gives so much to the bathroom that it is really worth it.. Great idea.
I love the kitchen! I've never seen a sink, range, and fridge combo before! That is so cool! Love the upstairs bedroom loft, and the locker thingy for storing clothes! I want my own tiny house!!! Janet in Canada
+mastersadvocate The sink and range is very common in RV's lmgtfy.com/?q=cooking+sink+combination the fridge is just a smaller kind that can be bought separately.
Great arrangement. I have said that we learn by doing so this must be the end of a long line of little houses. Its great! The key elements are the recessed bathroom sink which removes that impossible extension, the stand alone tub also wonderful but the kitchen is what makes the whole thing work. That sink, refrigerator, used-to-be-freezer, and refrig leaves room for a working kitchen. Its great!
I have been in love with tiny spaces "since forever" - thanks for your places of dreams! - - - In 1969, I lived in one side of a transformed 2-car garage - each side was similar to this except that we did not have the loft space. The rear area to the left was the bed space and the bathroom was to the right. The bathroom was right behind the kitchen which ran front-to-back along the common wall. The kitchen/living area was delineated by a counter which seated three comfortably and supplied ample prep space. I loved that place - the first abode of my own out of college!. - - - Also, we had a kitchenette unit like that in the 1960s in the mini-apartment my mom created from the upstairs two bedrooms and bath of our Cape style house. She used that specific one because the zoning board would not allow her to have a full kitchen up there, however that unit would be allowed in someone's rec room. It was snuggled, along with a counter and the toaster-oven, into the bump-out space created by the 3/4 shed dormer in the bedroom that became the sitting room. If it hadn't completely died while I was out of state, I think would still have it somewhere in my home! - - - In the 19050s and 60s, family friends had tiny structures which they used as get-aways. One was a true small log cabin, the other was a pre-fab with a name like Nutmeg or Acorn..I remember lots of windows on one side. I would have taken either one in a heartbeat!
WOW!! Love every thing about the place. Could even fit an all in one apartment size washer dryer under the counter to the left of the sink area in the kitchen. The glass top coffee table is a smart move because it gives a an openness that a solid wood one would not provide. Well done.
Very creative and contains wonderful ideas...I could live in this building when I am fully retired and find a country lot away from clouds with possible a river or lake near by. Thank you!
Beautiful, love everything about it. The one thing we didn't see is where the stuff that needs to be put away that everyone needs in their home; like vacuum, mop, bucket, tools etc.
I like in a signle wide mobile home, that's considered a tiny house and I'm renovateing it and alot of these videos have incredible ideas to help me make it feel open.
This is my favorite tiny home of all the converted garages, RV's, etc. that I've viewed..!! It's totally liveable... Uh well, maybe except for the frig. ~
I like the layout and full staircase. The upcycled materials give it a lot of personality. The full height loft is what I want in my tiny house. Either that or I will make the house longer and have everything on one level.
i like how that garage turned into a tiny house. I really like the design inside. It's pretty surprising to have a bath tub inside a tiny house. i wish i could build a house like that too! Great video! You explained every part of the house well.
+Richelle Co I, too, like the tiny house built from a garage. Our county in Maryland is being researched for feasibility from state/county legislatures to get permission to build a county house. However, using a garage and constructing it to be a tiny house may be a better solution. Anybody have any feedback about this option in PG County, Maryland?
Incredible! So well planned, loved the simple but very soothing decor and all the little touches that add interest! The Author/camer man is such a cool guy I'm going to buy the book! (disappointed he didn't go back to the kitchen to turn on the cool light)
man its so packed full of character! reminds you of those old houses that looks haunted lol. I love the tile on the bathrooms floor! This place is breathtaking!
very very nice and functional tiny space to live in or to vacation. the one thing that I have not yet seen in a tiny house is a spot for a king size bed. my husband and I have been sleeping in a king size for 20 years and I don't think we could ever go down to a smaller bed. I am waiting patiently to see a tiny home that can occupy a king size bed plus still have room on each side for a small table. hopefully you can find one and show it to us I'm sure there are other people who would like a king size bed even though they are in a tiny home. thanks for the tour keep up the Fantastic work love watching your videos.
Thank you for uploading this. How very neat! I'd like to have that for a guest house for company to stay a few months, without having to share our home 24/7 with said guests. I really do like the counter tops to the point that I would like them in my own kitchen.
Your a peice of work man , man '' love your videos . You put a Fun Spin into tiny house exploration' '' Thanks for all of your work that you put into this . all the best to you cheers '
LOVE THIS TH!! especially that the bathroom door DOESN'T open up into the kitchen. (a few years ago found a THOW that has a bathroom door that doesn't open into kichen too, that appeals to my OCD-ish like side). this looks like so much space!!!
This is my absolute favorite tiny house of the hundreds I've seen! ALSO AGREE!!!
+alisa fulena i agree! it is also my favorite!
+alisa fulena ....So agree.
+alisa fulena I would like one exactly like this but in a cape cod style ? does that make any sense
I agree too! the simplicity stands out from all the homes I've watched on youtube.
I agree, the skinny, yellow door is perfect!
This is in my top 10. The stand up loft and stairs are so desirable. And the unpretentious but perfect decorating top it off for me.
This one is one of my favorites! It's tiny but still feels spacious and manages to fit in a tub and a stand up loft.
This is really gorgeous. I love how eclectic all the materials are, but they come together really nicely.
This!!!! This is the Best by far.. I could live here and never feel crowded. You would forget you were in a tiny home. Simply Marvelous!!
Thank God they are putting regular staircases in these tiny houses. I've always hated those ladders.
Maxine F i agree. It would be annoying to get down using those ladders every morning when you’re still half asleep
I love when the Bathroom and kitchen are under the loft it provides such an extensive living space. Thanks for sharing with us!
Now that's what I'm talking bout !!! This home is great ... Every inch is used and not cluttered . Very nicely done .
It's amazing!!! I could so live in it and be extremely comfortable. Simply beautiful!!
This tiny house does not feel tiny at all. My favorite so far
bcause it's garage it's wider that's why
Nicole Castillo
This is the best set up of any tiny house I've seen. it looks so spacious!
Natural lighting and open windows was everywhere bringing life from outside inside making a happy place.
Have watched many "tiny house videos" on UA-cam. This is by far my favorite house. Just perfect, relaxing and looks comfortable. I think I Could live there!

I love the idea that everything has a place and a purpose.Great combination of beauty and function.Very nice and cozy.

Love that yellow door to the bathroom! Something that simple, can make such an impact. I really like the color scheme of the orange sofa as well.
This is one of my favorite tiny house! Love the bathroom, more head room in the loft and the kitchen is awesome!
that's wonderful, I like how you jumped right inside, others are 2mins looking at the outside.
I love this. Really comes together nicely. Best of all the stairs and standing loft with fresh air and trees from that window.

also the interior takes the cake
So gorgeous! They did such a fantastic job with everything - certainly my favourite tiny house yet. Thanks for the tour.
Great small place. Perfect for a couple to cohabit-ate in, or even a couple with a small child, or a single individual. Love everything about it.

love the repurposing especially the dresser in the kitchen and the light fixtures. can't believe it was a garage. awesome !!!!

mastersadvocate you can find those kits online. think kids kitchen set combo and they will come up on your such....not cheap
@@webosm6494 RVs wouldn't have electric hobs. I believe that's an old motel kitchenette.

One of the best tiny homes I've seen. I wouldn't mind having a place like this.
I like this tour the best, the house is sweet and no nervous owners trying to describe their house
Very cool! I love the way they've repurposed material/items. What a great place to stay and a great design for a tiny home.
table from a door with the door knob still attached - I freakin' love it!!!!
Alway must have a Tiny home on Wheels. Love the sink done that way. Love the vintage look of this tiny home.
Ah! That door table, brilliant
This one works! Another foot in each direction would have made it even better, but this one is livable!
I am in love with this one.. Love that dresser in the kitchen!
One of the best tiny homes I've seen. Love it.
