Its heart breaking that so many black and brown people know in their heart this is reality and truth about how they have to live and who the police are.
there are some of their own kind who have done the very same thing too. Take the killing of Tyre Nichols as an example, those were 5 cops and were black or brown and they murdered him. So it's not always whites who do it. Seeing all this makes Dereck Chalvin's actions on Floyd like nothing and when you see those officers who used pepper spray, a taser, punched and kicked Nichols and used their batons on him, that's just out of line and it was like they knew what they were doing as you'll see from the recorded body cams. Where as in Chalvin's case he never did any of that besides using his knee to restrain floyd but he never killed him it was just Floyd died of fentanyl overdose it was just a coincidence that a cop happened to be there on May 25th. Since then the evil BLM and whites who join in betrayal have just torn too deeply and have divided America.

These findings should be of no surprise to anyone who lives across the country. It's great that they publicly acknowledge these investigative findings ... but the real trick is, to see if anything will actually be done about it. I mean, for decades, we had investigations and acknowledgement, one after another ... which is telling us what we already know, by them just confirming it, but action to stop any of this has been slow to none. I'm 67 years old, and seen this going on for decades, and it's as bad, if not worse, than the 1960s, today 🟪
Qualified immunity =unconstitutional policing .but alas the current norm across USA , even FBI , ATF is doing unconstitutional policing. But who going to hold then accountable, not Congress, not Senators , not Supreme court , not the president.
How can you sue someone when you entered their home without allowing them to know...innocent that's just way of getting back whoever attorney butthole this man was defending himself how can someone sue you for defending yourself black attorneys get on it
Every Policing Dept. In the US should be required to have US Dept. Of Justice Certification to operate and every policing person in America should be required to be DOJ certified to work as well. Violate certification temporary or permanent suspension And any policing Dept.s That are found in gross violation of certification should be taken over by US military and forced to re-organize and re- hire and reform. Only then can the US guarantee public safety and rights of the US Citizenry.
Correction on one of the things the mother said. This is not just this police department on how they do policing. It’s a common practice of targeting certain individuals which eliminates POC and false statistics of showing POC appearing to be more aggressive, dangerous, and committing multiple acts of negativity to falsely put people in a bad light to have other people fear them. If we see a certain pattern in the department then obviously it’s the person hiring people who has bad intentions. This isn’t a bad Apple situation but how they do business and not only should cops lose their jobs but Also get convicted of their crimes and when these bad crimes happen police should be held accountable to have them think 3 times before doing wrong. And the shameful part is that the cops have cameras and yet they still commit crimes against people pretending the people are resisting. They need to look through the footage everyday and not take a year to figure out the obvious.
This is the systems purpose and they operate with full intent. You can't train an organization to act outside of its mission. I wonder how much money was spent proving what was already known. How many times do you have to study something before you learn from it? A solution was never the goal. They keep the public to keep chasing its tail. This wasn't vindication.
Took them 3 years? Why is there a lame D. O. J. TAKING THIS LONG? This has been going for years. No arrests for any politicians! He better start doing a better job. From one american citizen.
Change starts with voting! Until citizens start electing Legislators who will vote to Abolish their Qualified Immunity bs, nothing is going to change in Policing.
@@Iconolaste Country’s like Singapore have a voting rate of 95%. The US voting rate is only 62% in a general election. It’s even worse during the midterms where after the gerrymandering takes place. So don’t say that we vote in the US. 62% isn’t a passing grade on any exam.
Don’t make excuses for them by saying their trained to behave that way. They are completely grown adult men they was raised to believe what they believe and they act accordingly. Whom ever hired them are responsible for that but they are responsible for their actions.
What’s taken so long to investigate this matter and the entire nation’s police and political criminals? This is not new news. The history of this treatment has deep roots in the making of America. The lynchings of Black people(s) used to be worthy of dressing in Sunday’s best. Gathering the family, including the children all to watch the lynchings. Same people, same lineage. Same psychopathology. Same entertainment obviously, now televised, watched by the world from the comfort of the viewers home.
God Be the Glory. Some people can learn by hearing. Others can learn by seeing. White people, police officers, choose to deflect and ignore to avoid truth. Sadly, God intervention is needed and I pray he uses the Same measures pattern they exhibit on Black people Be used on them. There is a time coming many will hate them selves because they don't know how to do good. Law and order will be broken and let God be the Glory for what ever we need and want.

In defense of non-abusive, good cops who place themselves in grave danger within an over-armed society every workday: If you take away qualified immunity from contracts, no one would be willing to do this very dangerous job of public law enforcement. It is just too dangerous in a nation where there are enough known guns out here to arm every single American man, women and child of every age.
When immunity is given cops break the law they were hired to enforce. They lie to get convictions. They plant evidence. They become more dangerous than the criminals.
@@billmitchell2080 yes, this is a case of that. They stand to be persecuted criminally imo. But qualified immunity refers to granting them immunity from civil suits that stem from damages they do during course of their job. We can sue the department and or city or town for damages stemming from police use of force but we can't sue individual officers involved in incident. As if they'd be able to pay out huge civil suit settlements, anyway. Yes, the do lie. They do lie to protect themselves and their fellow officers, if they can get away with it. And they do this BCS they there's really not enough money on earth to pay people to perform dangerous public service work for a public that hates you.

Uofl student here, it's wild to see the difference between our campus police and LMPD. A literal night and day difference between policing practices. campus police never interfere with incidents where they're not directly aware or called for, LMPD tries to disrupt and prosecute whenever possible. I might just have that young fire in me, but I don't see a way for the department to change unless DOJ directly steps in. Thank you Attorney general Merrick Garland
The chief needs to be investigated. He's the leader who hasn't hold the police officers accountable for violent police policies. He needs to be investigated and charged himself. Also, the governor mayor needed to be investigated for allowing these actions to unfold.

Sadiqa Reynolds has the clearest vision of what’s wrong and needs correcting! I would love to see her head a national task force to do just that! I don’t know the young lady frankly I had not heard her speak prior to this! Thank you for the work you do Sadiqa.
Well said!
Great Job Amy
You’re absurd.
Qualified immunity =unconstitutional policing .but alas the current norm across USA , even FBI , ATF is doing unconstitutional policing. But who going to hold then accountable, not Congress, not Senators , not Supreme court , not the president.
Ok now where is the MONETARY compensation for the victims?
How can you sue someone when you entered their home without allowing them to know...innocent that's just way of getting back whoever attorney butthole this man was defending himself how can someone sue you for defending yourself black attorneys get on it
DEFUND DEFUND DEFUND

Am Sure Millions Are Counting On That
And then cops' pay is increased the higher numbers unlawful stuff they'd do e and get certificates and golden cups and higher ranks. Sic sic sic SICK
Ironically Garland is a conservative republican.
They have been ALLOWED TO DO THIS BUY THE CHIEF AND MAYOR
Shalawam family
This is the Amerikkk way.
From the top down.
The MOST HIGH is watching
Let’s put our trust in him. 💞
Justice is so slow. Look how many crimes t***p committed before, during, and after presidency. It's nought to do with Garland
The system is corrupt
This is the American Government who's going around the world talking about human rights violations!
Charge the entire police department under the RICO criminal act because they did this to economically further their Police Department extortion / gang
Europa 4 years school to bekoming police man . IN THE USA 4⃣ monts TRAINING AND YOU HAWE THE GUN TOO ! YOU SEE THE PROBLEM?
Yes! In Netherlands you must complete a four year degree before you can apply to be a cop.
Change starts with voting! Until citizens start electing Legislators who will vote to Abolish their Qualified Immunity bs, nothing is going to change in Policing.
Have you heard about gerrymandering? People do vote but the system is roten to the core!!!!
@@Iconolaste Country’s like Singapore have a voting rate of 95%. The US voting rate is only 62% in a general election. It’s even worse during the midterms where after the gerrymandering takes place. So don’t say that we vote in the US. 62% isn’t a passing grade on any exam.
@@Godfather-rn6rb When you have votoing suppression laws that do not exist in Singapore do not play surprised at why people do not vote!
This is not surprising. It's about time! They need to investigate all police dept, defund them and start all new policing.
The tumor travels across the world.
IT NOT THE TRAINING!!!! IT'S THE CULTURE!!!!!
Get rid of qualified immunity, retroactively because it was never about protecting and serving!
Garland is WEAK. NOTHING WILL CHANGE THERE.
Tennessee, Mississippi, New York.the entire state need a overhaul.
And nothing changes, you telling us things we already know hold a press conference when something is done about it, probably won't hear from you.
This could be about any of our Police🤷🏼♀️Stop bad policing procedures and get rid of qualified immunity along with IA Police unions!
Okay I just learned that one of the cops that murdered Brianna Taylor is suing her boyfriend how the f***
Probably because he shot him.
WHERE ARE THE ARRESTS!!!!!
Police attack women
🤷🏾 this is damn near ever police force in every city we know how we are treated… but the fact is DOJ ain’t gone do nothing about it.
Great research very beautiful 👑
The law was made to keep black people down 🙏
Qualified immunity must go.
ITS NEEDED ASAP IN OTHER PLACES AS WELL BECAUSE AS A CITIZEN WHEN YOU SEE POLICE DOING THINGS TO PEOPLE STOP AND RECORD NO MATTER THE MORE THAT STOP AND RECORD THE MORE WILL BE RECORD FOR RECORD AND PUT IT ON LIVE.
@@artimidz3451 TO BE ARMED IS YOUR RIGHT UNDER THE CONSTITUTION I WAS IN THE MILITARY AND THANK GOD I NEVER WAS IN BAD HARM LOAFS BUT I WORE THE UNIFORM WITH PRIDE UNTIL MY DEPARTURE AND THAT DOESNT GIVE POLICE THE RIGHT TO HARRASS,DISRESPECT AND KILL AT WILL PERIOD. THEYRE THERE TO PROTECT AND SERVE NOT TORTURE AND KILL BUT THATS WHY I SAY THE SCREENING PROCESS FOR THAT JOB MUST BE BETTER THAN NOW AS WELL AS THE PSYCH EVALUATION PROCESS
How many of those officers are being punished or are going to be punished? More of the same BS!!
That's every state👀🤔
👉🏾🤔Louisville!! This is world wide!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The DOJ needs to look in the mirror.
Why is this surprising? It is the way it has been for a very long time. Reform the police training.
They need to out every last dirty cop all over the world they are not wanted there are not needed and they're not getting paid by the public to abuse the public 🤔🥀🕯️💔💸 the job is to protect and serve, not to become the criminal. They need to do background checks from beginning of birth 🤨 and not allowed to be rehired at another police station or a position of power 😑 just a criminal with a badge 😠
So what happens next?
The money for the militarization of local PDs must be stopped.
They need to go state by state. Where's Daniel Cameron, Moscow Mitch. Crickets.
And They used the no knock warrant a way of doing illegal evictions
I know the overall solution: get rid of Qualified Immunity and actually punish rogue officers. If they know that there are actual consequences for their egregious actions, then they'll think twice.
So just what are they planning to do about the findings in this "report.". Kristen Clarke has a lot of nerve to even open her mouth after trying to get the killers of Amaud Artery plea deals behind his family's back.
BIDEN is the president he can over step those Republicans who does not want qualified lmmunity until this happens nothing will change. When trump was in office he did whatever he wanted so what is wrong BIden ??? He needs to do his job
Why don't you fire the officers that have violated their oaths to protect the public.
This is NOT vindication... no charges, no convictions, no deletions.. this is vacuous word salad... smh
Uofl student here, it's wild to see the difference
between our campus police and LMPD. A literal
night and day difference between policing
practices. campus police never interfere with
incidents where they're not directly aware or
called for, LMPD tries to disrupt and prosecute
whenever possible. I might just have that young
fire in me, but I don't see a way for the
department to change unless DOJ directly steps
in.
Thank you Attorney general Merrick Garland
The chief needs to be investigated. He's the leader who hasn't hold the police officers accountable for violent police policies. He needs to be investigated and charged himself. Also, the governor mayor needed to be investigated for allowing these actions to unfold.
Blood lines of barbarians
Just another result why Black Americans need a hate crime bill now 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
