Normal level is already terrible, any other disease or problem generates spikes, I'm really surviving, I even think about shortening my life sometimes, but I still have a family. Medicine knows almost nothing about it. New research is urgently needed, a sinus infection has shaken my life, I'm holding on to my job because I can't lose it. Everything is difficult. Hi Julian thanks for all your info ! Do you think that Tinnutis caused by alcohol and medication abuse which also cause sudden hearing loss can be reversed ? And will diet help more in that case or which approach do you should I take and focus on ? Thanks
The hearing loss is not easy to predict. Please have craniosacral therapy and see an ENT asap. Sometimes this can be recovered. But the tinnitus yes. This can get better over time. Many people find a keto diet can help a lot with tinnitus but find a diet that suits you and your body type.
