Wow, that’s crazy like my grandfather came to Canada for work and he passed away in April and them. I miss him ever since and I miss my cousins ever since.

One of my co-worker said she brought her mom in canada, never work here and her mom is getting almost 2k a month from the government. How crazy is that! They are getting more than the other elder people that worked their whole lives.

Frankly speaking, Canadians are furious of this. One of the reasons why CANADIANS (AMERICANS in America) are angry with IMMIGRATION

She 85 immigrated with a higher age to collect pension sooner. Her son looks around 65. Her grandkids should be in their 50s if she's actually 101

You cannot collect CPP if you never work in Canada but OAS u can.
You can receive the Old Age Security (OAS) pension even if you have never worked or are still working. If you are living in Canada, you must: be 65 years old or older. be a Canadian citizen or a legal resident at the time we approve your OAS pension application.

@@noexcuses5524 not to mention a lot of elderly also claim permanent disability for issues related to age. Fake age has bank rolled a lot of people's monthly incomes
