Totally agree with the upper and the heel. After 25 miles, still trying to find the right lacing to keep my heel locked down, so I can fully get the rebound bounce out of the heel. The laces are at a weird angle to allow the big Brooks logo.

Yes. It's a struggle!! I have embraced the looseness in the heel and aimed for security in the midfoot to make up for the heel.
