Man I love norn9 so much I feel like it's so underrated. I love how we get 3 mcs and they all have voice actors. The anime for this is also very good because they follow the routes of the main guy for each MC so it's not all weird reverse harem-y like the other otome animes are. Im so happy this game is coming to the switch with it's fandisc as well I will definitely replay it.
Thank you so much for this! I was interested in the game, but I am so grouchy about overly repetitive routes, I might sit this one out or just get it on sale. I prefer it when the games either vary wildly per route (like Amnesia) or let you pick up at a certain point where the story branches (Olympia Soiree)
No problem! I can get tired of overly repetitive routes too 😅 If you're vaguely interested I would probably wait till it goes on sale and then give it a go. I think we have very similar tastes in games, because I absolutely agree with you on Amnesia and Olympia Soiree. I much prefer when each route has its own stand alone story! 😊
I only watched the first 3 episodes of the anime before stopping because by then I heard it was an otome game and was hoping to play the game first. Lol great reivew btw! For me I don't mind rushed plots as long as I like the chars, but we'll see. But yeah, from the very few anime episodes I did like, at least between the three MCs, the only one I wasn't a fan of was the tsunere one, but I hope by the time I finish one route, I'll like her, but I'll be honest, it takes a lot to get me to like a female tsundere. You know thinking upon it now, I think my dislike for female tsuns started with my fav anime franchise- Sailor Moon. In the original 90s anime, I really didn't like Rei or Chibiusa for they had no reason to be as rude as they were. Thank goodness Crystal reboot made them more like their manga counterparts.
I can find female tsundere character's very frustrating at times too. Variable Barricade was a hard otome for me to get invested in because I found Hibari's personality absolutely *frustrating* at times! 😂
