The world is fallen. Fallen to pieces. We carry those pieces and burdens on our shoulders. Like a backpack accumulating and becoming so heavy on our hearts. Thank you to our LORD JESUS CHRIST HE ENLIGHTENS OUR HEARTS. HE LOVES US WITH REVERENT HEART. JESUS IS THE ONE THAT WE NEED TO GIVE OUR TROUBLES TO. JESUS LIFTS US UP AND MAKES US WHOLE AGAIN. How? What are some tangible things I can do to receive His relief? Other than prayer & doing my best to learn about and follow him? Are there some other “to do’s” I can work on rather than just having arbitrary thoughts of lightening my load when it doesn’t feel lightened? How do I achieve this ‘lightening/relief of my heavy load in life?
I've pondered this same question throughout my life. The answers are unique to each person, but the general idea is just to persevere in coming to Christ. Whatever else you do to find relief from the burdens of life, always look to find Christ and His power and doctrine.
For me, I found a mentor to teach me about how she has found relief. I've met with therapists, attended the self-reliance classes sponsored by the Church, attended the temple, studied the words of ancient and modern prophets ---- always looking for how Christ, His mission and doctrine were part of each of those things.
The key to all of it was that I believed that God would send me the answers I needed. The therapists helped me change some unhealthy beliefs that were keeping me from noticing the blessings the Lord already was sending me.
Faith - believing in things that are true - and perseverance, with people around me to support and guide and love me, to give me an example of what love looks like and remind me that they see good in me, they can see me acting in faith ---- those are all things that are helping me as I continue to seek Christ and make my life more like His.
Think about it less of a set of to-dos but more of just opening your heart and stay diligent and he will answer

Hi Javier, the same Jesus Christ that atoned for the sins of all mankind and carried all our burdens appeared to Joseph Smith along with God the Father. The gospel and the church of Jesus Christ were restored through Joseph Smith.

@@YeshuaSaves3 I understand your concern about polytheism. Jesus Christ, himself, testified of the Father. He said He came to earth to do the will of the Father. He prayed to the Father often. Christ’s mission was to make it possible for all of God’s children to return to live with their Heavenly Father.
