    Not mentioning the amount of pride you get from achieving such a result by hand 😎 Thanks for the tips, I tend to mark first with a pencil, which is clearly not the right way!

      Knife lines are definitely scary at first, but are way more accurate 👍

    As always, fun to watch good chisel application. Pro or con on using a backsaw instead of a chisel for the two width lines?

      I would find a knife and chisel combination, significantly more accurate. Give it a try on a scrap of wood. One perfect line along the grain with a backsaw and another with a knife and chisel. See which you prefer 👍
