Totally agree! I only got my first smartphone at 14 and that is why I remember quite well how life was before social media (the way it is now) and other distractions 😄

I think this is a really cool idea overall! My mom still has her MP3 player from way back in the day-a red and black one. Since she’s always taken good care of it, it still looks brand new despite being a 20+ year old device. I only really need to replace the battery. I think we’ll still find a good use for it! 😊

shes soooo prettyyy UGH i love ipods sm!!!! I want to get one but they are so pricy anymore( even second hand) I remember in 2012 my current partner baught a ipod nano orange and he got it for 15-20$ now they are like 60-100$ actually insane!!!!

This is too cute! I have a ipod touch 7th gen and wondering what I could do with it! However my tech skills are very low and I don't have any song files to transfer 😅 I know its alot newer so not sure what the possibilities are?
i dont think you can put rockbox on the touch series, i think you will have to jailbreak it. Ive never done jailbreaking before sooooo idk how hard it is :'(

I have had an iPod classic ever since the start of my uni years (so like 2 years) and have been using it everyday until the battery died (modded it too)... I can't afford to repair it rn, but I will. Been missing it ever since 🥲
