Using rivets is a bad idea , it creates a weak point and has. Nothing to support it from behind the body panel,,nuts & bolts ,with washers behind the body panel would be far more superior
i agree with you , the only issue with that is, the majority of the Troopys have internal fit out with electrics and water fitting, if the table is damaged or need to be replaced , it means you need to remove the interior fit out to access the nuts, to me that is a big job and costly, that's why i use BLDU stainless steel structural rivets which created a body washer from inside, this type of rivets used in aircraft and can hold stress and Vibrations . there is 12 Rivets in total on each table, and that's a lot of strength. If there is any issues in future, simply just drill them out. I have sold nearly 500 table in the past 2 years, and not a single problem. I hope this help

Couldn‘t believe no one downunder glues airlinerails to the panel and Mount the table and other things onto the rails?
Thanks. Can this table be installed to LC105 or LC100
the maxtrack locking clamps,, can their security feature not be defeated by undoing the top nuts/bolts ?

Will this clear the utility panel installed on the passenger side vent?
yes mate it will clear the mission 4x4 utility panels.
Do the Treds fit? 2 or 4 pcs?
Think I’d let the workshop take care of this one for me 😅😂
It would be good if you could modify them for GQ Patrol?
Another good vid Sean. Is Two locking clamps comes only with stainless steel?. Not a fan of shine stuff.
Currently got a 78 on order. Long wait

Why would you use a rivet over a nut and flat head bolt?
The only one question I would like to rise ...is it really necessary to make so many additional holes in the car?😢
I am chris
