Omg I related to Murugi so much on feeling like she can't just sit in friendship and not necessarily feeling the right to be poured into - or feeling like I have to do to be valued. I didn't even know until she mentioned it! Amazing convo girls, well done on an incredible year. You were such a big part of mine, and these weekly videos lightened my world!

I have watched all the episodes this year and you two babes have really inspired me in so many ways. I am happy for all the good things that are happening in your lives. Love love this...therapy, savings, accountability, good leadership, good work culture, and self-awareness of how we sound. I really can relate to Joan on Nancy's conversation; my PA your magic is to take care of things and I only come in for huge things that you can not handle beyond reasonable doubt. You can run things by me but make the decisions, I trust you. As long as there is a sense of urgency. 🙂
