Very true talk about knowing someone, bonds are forged in adversity, everyone's got friends when everything is good, a true test of loyalty is when you get in that vice and started to get squeezed, and once that happens were they gone? Or were they saying, hey I know this sucks but I ain't going anywhere, that's your friend, you can probably count on one hand how many true friends you got and most of them are going to be blood.
You gotta get in a pinch with em, no other if ands or buts, there's nothing like being in a group or friendship knowing the people you are with will sacrifice everything for you and you will do the same for them.

Hey man.. how do i get on your show? I grew up in the system here in VA.. unfortunately. All the way from Beaumont to Sussex One. I'd like to tell my story.
Death. can you bring attention to the Gladiatot Units of Texas like Beto 1, Jester IV which is a prison psychiatric facility that rotates the most violent and mentally ill texans through it, Clements unit which has been a house of suicide because of the cruel treatment from dirty COs, Allred is one of the worst that has a reputation of making everyone but the whites fight for their life and entertainment..in fights to the death setup by racist COs..it has a high suicide rate..These gladiator units are like what your guest the tattoo artist from Texas described he was in a new unit that became filled with youngsters causing problems in other units, so they pack them all together in multiple units and you are pretty much forgotten by the state and are left at the will of sadistic and racist guards..do your research on allred, beto 1 and clements and youll see im not bullshitting. Major violations of young offenders rights and murders carried out or orchestrated by C-ho's, and repeated torture is ignored by the TDCJ..also if you want to see some christian murals just for entertainment painted on different areas of a unit check out Jester 1 it also has prisoner created murals showing events in revelations. it has a large christian program and is a minimum security pre release unit which is what makes it unique and why prisoners were allowed to decorate it

I went to prison in Illinois for almost a year. My goal was to get clean and sober and to get strong physically and mentally. Just celebrated five years of sobriety. I have my own powerlifting gym down in the cellar and I started following a conjugate Westside style of training. I’m almost 52 years old with close to a 400 pound bench.
