How to Automatically Write (Automatic Writing Techniques)

- The technique of writing without consciously determining what to put down on paper is known as automatic writing, or psychography. It's a spiritual and freeing experience! It's a technique for connecting with the spirit world and accessing elements of one's psyche that are normally unavailable. Others experience it as a result of the ideomotor effect. This is a condition in which someone makes unintentional movements as a result of reflexes.
The technique has a long history and was quite popular in the late 1800s among a wide range of people, particularly spiritualists, and has been around for many years. This technique is simpler than you may think, and you don't require any special abilities, talents, or skills of any kind. All you need is a pen and paper, as well as a desire to study. I recently did a silent retreat ~ no phone / music / social media / books etc. 6 full days .. but journaling allowed and recommended - handwriting not typing … was amazing 🙏🏼☮️❤️

It could be from sunlight catching a hanging crystal. Mine send light "orbs" shooting all over the room.
As a young girl when I was upset I used to do this while journaling and I didn’t even know this is what I was doing. I used to ask someone a question in my head and start writing down answers with a crazy speed and the answers always came as “We think, We believe etc.”
I never questioned it … till 15 years later…
My 'Straight A" friends in High school would do this. I attribute this to the reason why they have the lives they literally "Designed".
Learned this about 30 years ago and remember when I asked for a name and was given " Joe" and felt disappointed. Lol...but the relationship is amazing. Wishing all the newbies a fantastic journey!

I started years ago with automatic writing, and I would write so fast I'd have to ask them to slow down. Last couple years I use the computer and its much easier. I also can tell by the tone I hear who I'm talking to. Lately I've been receiving info from ETs, freaked me out at first, but they are just as loving as our angels and guides!

So interesting, I'm realizing now this is what I was doing in highschool/college when I couldn't write my papers. I would literally ask for something n then start typing. I never thought to use it like this. Thank you!
Thank you for answering a question that's been bugging me and making me feel like I was in cognitive decline. For the past couple of years, my handwriting and my spelling has been deteriorating at a level proportional to my spiritual awakening.

For years now I’ve thought automatic writing would be neat to do. I have always kept diary’s and I LOVE the feel of pen 🖊 on paper and see words form in flow. Maybe this is what I’m meant to be doing? I’m going to try 🙏♥️🌼

I saw this in my stream and thought it sounded like something I'd like to try - I realise now I've been doing it for the past couple years but because I use my phone I didn't think of it as automatic writing as much as 3 am minute taking for the voices in my head. I also write novels on my phone so I realise now it's just what works for me.

I find writing during the night SO lovely. It's quiet, it's dark. Just me and the blinking cursor on a blank virtual piece of paper.

I tap into and do automatic writing at times but I wasn't consistent with it. The universe had been asking me to write for a long while and just today I started. I procrastinated a lot before I got it done. Then it felt like relief.
I know that I want to have a routine to write automatically and your video definitely helped me to create the meditative state, set the intention and just write on the keyboard without doing any editing shit. I have to say, I have been trying to figure out all of this stuff and firmly believe I have abilities but just haven’t been able to figure out how to tap into them. I wasn’t sure what it sounded like or felt like. When you said it feels like your imagination I was like whoa! Sooo how much of my daily life is being tapped in because I constantly have stuff flowing through my mind.
Then you got to the point of asking your spirit guides for a name and I had BARELY even thought of that question and before I could have even said it if I wanted to I thought “Jeanette” sooooo I’m thinking I have a guide names Jeanette 🤷♀️. I don’t know any Jeanette’s either so I can’t imagine that’s a name I would have just had sitting on the tip of my thumb! Thank you!!

I just sat down at my computer. I had an outline so I would just start typing and it would flow, usually in a totally different way than I had originally planned. 40,000 words in three weeks and I liked it!

At 16:07, when you are talking about the validation of the messages from spirit guides... there's a small white feather that flies to your left (right or the screen) a couple of times validating what you are saying!!!!

This has helped so much! I have them all too and it can be overwhelming when messages are coming from everywhere. Fine tuning and separating them has been the hardest part.
Do a prayer of Protection first. Only the Angels of Light and Beings of Light are permitted to communicate with me all for my highest good. At end be thankfull.
My guides often answer my question with a question 🤣 but the question they pose to my question usually poses the answer. I always laugh at this.

I was getting this after I asked for inspiration in a yoga class whilst in a warrior position. All was calm as you know. I went to bed on the night and had to grab a pen and paper. For 2 weeks solid I wrote poetry. Little did I know it was spirit. I’m so happy about this now I realise it was. I’m an empath and I’m highly protected. Found this out recently. Idk what going on here but this is something i was just thinking about i didnt search it or anything and now these videos are appearing in my feed 😅
I’ve done this before. Not knowing any of this and as I was writing I was really emotional and couldn’t remember anything I wrote until I went back and read it.
I was Awakened by seeing the repeating numbers back in 2008. I then was awakened to meditation and my intuitive abilities. My automatic writing just happened naturally. I would reach out to random
people who were seeking help and I was inspired to write them certain messages. When I read what I had written, I knew it came from another place than myself. I was only the surrended vessel that allowed spirit to communicate through me.
I almost feel that if your intention behind the automatic writing is of GoOD intention, spirit is willing to be right there and flow right through you. 🙏🏻
Now why haven’t I written that book yet? 🤨
Spirit says that I have been letting Fear step in the way of the flow. And the only way to get passed Fear is to allow the GoOD intention flow stronger than the fear and it will wash the Fear clear out of here. 🤗

One of the problems I've run into while doing this is exactly what you mentioned - the terrible handwriting, which I can't even read later! 😅 So I have tried just doing this out loud and recording it with my phone. It's works ok because I can actually understand what I said when I listen to it later. However, one con is that I start overthinking the things coming out of my mouth and then it interrupts the flow.
I'll definitely try using my computer. I have a feeling that's going to be a good solution. Thanks for sharing! 💚

Hello, I just found your channel and it's so informative. My 17 year old daughter passed in 2007. At that same time, I started trying automatic writing. It helped me immensely after she passed. Then I stopped, I had 3 little kids under the age of 4 not long after. This is the third time this week that I've seen something about the subject of auto writing. I haven't even thought of it in probably 10 years. I guess someone is trying to tell me something! Lol This is after a few months of seeing repeating numbers and not really knowing why. Thanks for jogging my memory!
