SOUNDS good but may want to double the laws with an actual lawyer first.
Some states are no fault and 11 years are way past the usual 10 year thresholds for common law or life time alimony payments.
Also video tape can and has been thrown out or worse, get a guy in trouble for violating privacy or some shit like that.
There is precedent so maybe hire a private eye or just install cameras for “security” that just so happen to catch infidelity in the act.
Also no divorce in the story so what the heck were you doing with someone for 11 years???

@@Raizer_VT1998 iirc in some places it's illegal to record someone secretly though. Wife could argue that you knew what was happening and snuck up on them. Yes it sounds absurd, but the family court systems are absolutely broken and in favor of women in every conceivable way, so if any excuse can be stretched to the absolute limits of plausibility, it will be, shamelessly. The govt, judges and women get more money by throwing men under the bus. Bear in mind as well that we live in a world where thieves have broken into peoples houses and then sued the homeowner for negligence when they broke a leg or something jumping out a window... and won. Depends on state though.
