Great video and the 924 is such a great candidate for a safari conversion.. Regarding the HVAC fan issue, its most likely the resistor and its a well known issue as they get older. Happened to my 968, fan only running at full speed. When the car was in the shop, my mechanic fixed it in 15 min just cleaning/adjusting and it has worked fine since.
Love, love it. I really like your choice of color for the 924 as well. Maybe consider a white Porsche logo on your roof rack fairing. Not like the car is shy or anything!
Yes they did @@Narve-ij7wi, but I had very little clearance in the front. I think they would have damaged the front fenders if the suspension was compressed more than usual.
That is a sexy car, the offroad mods make it even better!
Thank you very much!

Thanks for the info, but my problem is not with the radiator fan, but the fresh air fan. Any advice on that?
such nice work, it's the details that really make it. Interested to see how she performs.
Thank you Bengy, I can't wait for spring to come so that I can go for a drive!
Always great content!
Thank you very much!

Thank you Jon, i was thinking something along the same lines, maybe even a Safari sticker.
Looks like a proper Dakar car now 👌 The Cw coefficient has been modified too I guess 😉
Thanks! I am very happy with it 😊
Jon, that kit is very cool! Being OEM, I'm sure that set you back quite a few euro.😁
Thank you Jeff, they were surprisingly affordable ordable, not cheap but much less than I expected given the price of the 911 Dakar.
great bulid ! What kind of tire do you have on this car/spare, brand and dimension

@@GarageBiljon great thanks, did they fit without the lift?

@@GarageBiljon They come in 185/80-14 as well, then they have some more room
The issue isn’t the width, but the height @@Narve-ij7wi
Those canisters go hard. Makes it look like you're drinking gasoline
Waanzinnige auto! Niet gerelateerd aan deze video, maar waar heb je je stoelen opnieuw laten stofferen?

No spade to (never) dig the car out?
Thank you for the reminder, I did actually buy one just forgot to put it on!
@@GarageBiljon all the I’s are dotted!
Fan only running at high speed is a wellknown issue. Most likely the thermostat. Just install a new one. Its not expensive 🙂
Thanks Johan, but the issue is not with my radiator fan, but the fresh air fan. Any advice on that?
Unfortunately no@@GarageBiljon
You can thank bio-fuel for fuel line failure.
Yup, that's what I figured as well 😕
